Foi nossa segunda vez no resort, dessa vez levamos a família toda (meus pais e irmã com sua família). A localização é excelente, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos Aproveito pra agradecer em especial à Vitória, Guest Relation, que atendeu prontamente à minha solicitação de surpresa de aniversário para o meu filho. Nossa estadia foi irretocável.

Hotel com conforto médio, porém próximo ao parque

O hotel não é maravilhoso, está dentro da proposta, então ok. Os funcionários são solícitos, porém mal treinados, garçom passa por cima do hóspede pra pegar prato, etc. Uma noite pedimos para colocar talheres na mesa e a resposta da atendente foi "não tem lá?". Eles tentam ser cordiais, mas como disse, falta treinamento e educação. Um hotel de praia cobrar R$ 20,00 por toalha (toda a estadia), mesmo assim, não pode cobrar. Ficar no escuro quanto a conta foi péssimo, gastei o equivalente a mais da metade das diárias em consumo, sem ter noção alguma ao longo do caminho. Uma vez tinha aquele toten que a gente podia consultar o consumo, agora não tem mais, tem que pedir a conta na recepção. Para o parque, ficou melhor a forma de pagamento por reconhecimento facial, o hotel poderia ter evoluído com uma pulseira também, mas segue sendo aquela de papel apenas para identificação. O hotel é bem conservado, mas tem pouco conforto. Comida média, sem muita variação. A grande vantagem é ser próxima ao parque.

DECEPÇÃO COM O HOTEL BEACH PARK!!!!

Nos ficamos bem decepcionados pq logo no primeiro tivemos um problema na piscina infantil , nao tinha salva-vidas nessa area apenas tinha 1 no periodo da tarde e mais focado na area dos aultos!!! Minha filha escorregou na piscina e ficou bebendo agua e ninguem fez nada pra ajudar nem as monitoras que estavam dentro da piscina perceberam o ocorrido. A sorte que eu estava dentro da piscina infantil e consegui resgata-la muito rapido!!! Tentei falar a respeito disso com o gerente , me passarm o responsavel da area de atividades mas nao obtive nenhum retorno do gerente . Apos o fim da viagem coloquei uma avaliacao no site do hotel mas novamente nao tivemos nenhum retorno por parte da gerencia do beach park. Com certeza nao voltaremos e nao indicaremos pois pelo valor pago ofecerem uma péssima atenção com os hospedes e total desrespeito. Faltam salva-vidas na area da piscina e da praia , os precos da comida do cardapio a la carte e as bebidas sao abusivos !!!

Melhor hotel do Beach Park

Dos hotéis da Rede, até agora, foi o que mais gostamos - por ser beira-mar, perto do Beach Park, colado na Vila Azul. Tivemos a sorte de ficar no quarto 110, térreo e em frente a brinquedoteca. Para quem tem crianças é a melhor opção!. O que não gostamos muito foi o fato do quarto só ter um banheiro. Não sei se seria possível, mas acomodações com mais quartos e banheiros trariam maior conforto aos hóspedes. Outra coisa chatinha que o hotel poderia evitar é a falta de noção dos hóspedes de colocar toalhas e roupas para “reservar” as cadeiras da piscina e da praia. Se colocassem avisos ostensivos de proibição de tal conduta, acredito que inibiria bastante. Eu, particularmente, não acho certo e tirava os objetos quando percebia que não havia ninguém por ali... Cadeiras, guarda-sol, mesas etc devem ser utilizados por pessoas e não, coisas. Quem quiser ocupar todos os lugares ao mesmo tempo se conforme, pois só conheço Deus que é onipresente!

Falta edredom e a internet é ruim.

Hotel com bom custo benefício. Para o Parque é o melhor. Mas deveria ter edredom, os cobertores não substituem o conforto. A internet também é outro problema com vários locais sem cobertura adequada no resort.

Best place to go with kids! Not only because of the park or the beach, but the hotel has a great stuff that take your kids for activities while you can relax in the pool.

Bom hotel, serviço péssimo!!!

A estrutura do quarto necessita de alguns reparos. Não havia programação de lazer ou música na piscina, apenas hidroginástica pela manhã. Serviço de restaurante e bar foi péssimo. Havia poucos garçons.
