*We know accidents happen. However, for any items that (may) get damaged or broken, we will charge for the replacement . As well as excessive deep cleaning after the stay. Please remember to clean up to avoid any extra cleaning charges. For excessive cleaning after stay, we will charge $250 or more.

*This is a NO smoking Airbnb. Smoking inside the house will result in extra charges.

*Check out later than 10am will result in a late check out fee. We have a 10am sharp check out time to be able to get the house prepared for the next guest.

Overall, the house was as expected and met our families needs well! The listing photos were accurate and the location was in a cute, safe area near downtown Roanoke. I WOULD recommend this property to others, however I feel the need to explain my 4 star review. We were a little bit unsatisfied with the cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found hair on the wall of the shower as well as the bathroom sink. Everything else appeared to be cleaned well. We were also hoping for slightly higher quality linens. The bed sheets did not fit the beds super well and slid around quite a bit will sleeping, causing the corners to come off. Higher quality bedding is a simple fix that could easily help with the comfort of guests. Despite those minor inconveniences, we have family in Roanoke, and will definitely consider this house again when we come back to the area! Overall it was a great little house!
