Bed sheets had cigarette burns on them and red stains. The pillows were completely flat and not comfortable at all. There were no dressers or closets. The room absolutely reeked to the point where I got an air freshener the first day because I was about gagging every time I went in the room. Absolutely gross hotel. I will say, the front desk gentlemen were incredibly nice and a pleasure to speak with.

I've stayed here twice, and I've decided that this will be the only hotel I use when I travel to the DFW area. Always clean, friendly service, rooms are very nice and modern. Staff is very professional, very nice and welcoming. Can't wait for my next trip!
Liked most everything, but there should be an enclosed fence/locked gate, so people can't wander in the back by lower-level rooms. We were in room 113.

Good value at this price range. The rooms are small which would be OK but there was no way to open the window. The only way to let air into the room if you open the door. I am not even sure how they were able to get a permit for this, there is no air duck/air inflow in the room only a small egress in the bathroom. The staff told me the built in A/C in the room can tunnel air into the room from outside. I think they are convinced that this is true but if you research the Pream Aire units online you can see that they can circulate inside room air only. I just do not get it, they built a nice place, they did everything right but messed up the last step with the airflow. Yes, the room was stinky because of bad air, they staff was very nice, when I complained and pointed out to the mold on the wall they gave me another room. My second room was better, but after a day the air just got "old" inside again. At this price I do not want to complain much, it is a nice place just be ready.
Only one staff member made me feel welcome. I assume manager/owner and family, rarely spoke to even say hello. They never asked if I was comfortable. No common area. Coffee only. No pool. On site laundry. Only one ice maker. Room IKEA style. No comfortable chair. Bed horrible. Sheets scratchy. Outside lights streamed into room all night. Always looked like day light. Good shower. Underlying smell in room. Smoker rooms. No landscape all concrete. Good restraunt in same lot. Too many repeating channels on DISH. Room mostly sound proof. Bring your own pillow! Theirs was nothing more than polyfill. No dresser limited storage. No in room coffee. Of course this is a motel not a hotel. Probably meant as a money making enterprise. I had extended stay 7 nights. Would not stay again.
It was ok but there is always room for improvement I got a smoking room but that’s what i book . So I’m not mad at the staff I was upset with my self for not getting non smoking room Lesson learned never again will I book a smoking room
