Shower had no hot water, beds were so uncomfortable, the pull out bed had no bedding and we called multiple times for it. The pullout bed was basically a paper mattress. Beds were lopsided with the feet raised higher than the head and pillows had no cushion. I rarely complain about anything but this stay was not pup to par.
