We absolutely loved our stay here! The beach is right across the street, we could walk to different restaurants, and most important, laying out in the fenced in backyard with our dog. We will definitely be back. Also, the hosts made check in super easy and the house was spotless.

Great stay!

This cottage was so nice! The inside matched the photos. It was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was easy and fast to communicate with for any questions. We’d definitely stay here again.

Close to restaurants and putt putt golf. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs.

Great location

The house was exactly as shown in the photos on VRBO.The check in was very smooth and the communication with the owner was excellent.Location was great, only a 3 minute walk to the beach and numerous retaurants and bars with in walking distance. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

I enjoyed our stay in this very convenient location. Short walk across Santa Rosa Blvd. to the beach and a nice boardwalk to the inlet just steps away. The cottage was quiet, clean and exactly as described Would recommend it.

Very nice

We were very pleased When we arrived all the lights were on and a welcome note on the table. It felt very inviting. We liked it was walking distance to several restaurants and the beach.

Great location, we had confusion on 'pet friendly'

The listing is lovely— there was a confusion on our part about being pet friendly. We brought our service dog, and on initial check in instructions had to discuss back and forth with the property manager to clarify we had a dog coming with us — the property manager was accommodating, but we didn't realize when we checked the boxes two guests with pet it didn't translate over. Beautiful little Vrbo, just wanted to let others know who see the pet friendly, must reach out beforehand!

The host was attentive and easy to communicate with the property on the inside was clean and well equipped. Printed directions about the use of the TV and kitchen oven would have been extremely helpful. Instead, we had to call. The condition of the furniture, however, was really poor. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the chairs in the living room were unsafe. One of them was not held together with screws and collapsed when a friend of ours sat in it. He was unheard, and I notified the rental company.The washing machine and dryer had no instructions and worked very very poorly. The washing machine did not take the water out of the clothes on the spin cycle and we had to ring them out by hand.The door handle on the shower is extremely loose and about to fall off. The front door handle on the inside did fall off, and we had to replace it.The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice and the towels were adequate. More than one dishwasher pod should be provided so that we can do dishes on a regular basis. Overall, someone needs to come in and tighten screws wash windows, scrub floors until they’re shiny and clean it appears somewhat neglected, but passable.The location of the rental is convenient to the beach and to local restaurants, which made it fun. But, we would probably not rent again because we had a pet and the beach did not allow pets. Period thank you for your attention to these details.

Great spot for walking and close to beach . Our favorite places to eat were right near by . Washer did not spin the clothes out and was full of dog hair, I did contact the host and they offered to come fix it right away. There was a toaster oven, but it looked like it had never been cleaned. A microwave would be a great addition to this kitchen. The furniture was not as pictured there were no cushions on the chairs, which made it uncomfortable.Overall, I think this unit could just use a better cleaning.
