Extremely dissatisfied, room was very dirty, dead roaches everywhere and live German roaches were also present. Odor in room was horrible. Overall dissatisfied. Will never stay there again.

Everything was great until I discovered dog/cat hair all over the white sheets on beds, white towels were clean but stain. Everything is great, very nice and helpful staff.

It was nice, best deal i could find and it worked out.

Initial check in, staff was pleasant. Once they realized I was an Orbitz customer, they changed their attitude and my room. It was nasty, in every sense of the word.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient, no issues checking in. Nice pool- I was just staying 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy it, but it looks great. Room was sufficient for my needs, not fancy, but had a good bed, fridge, nice tv, bathroom was nicely redone with tile. Provided plenty of towels (yes they're thin, but whatever) & toiletries. It's a basic motel for sure, but you get a place to sleep & shower and be on your way.

The room was nasty. The sheets seemed clean but had holes in them. Very out dated. The lock was on the outside of the bathroom door. A/c didn’t work good, had to pay for ice $1.50 a bucket but it was really nasty looking. I wouldn’t stay there again and if everything around us had no vacancy we would have left. Very disappointed.

Rude receptionist, bare minimum hotel. No breakfast included. Be prepared to hand over your credit card or you will be denied your room. I won't stay again!

Rude receptionist, basic room. Stay away unless you have no other options.

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. The room was less than most others in the area and I was sold. When we pulled up, I was actually surprised at how nice it appeared to be. It was after 8 pm, so I had to ring a doorbell and check in though a "bank teller window" but that was ok. The receptionist checked me in quickly and asked if I wanted the room cleaned each day or just fresh towels. I opted for the latter. Our room was near the stairs on the second floor. We were pleased to note that the AC was running upon our arrival. I always insist on a "bug check" before I settle into a room. This room passed and appeared to be clean and tidy. I like the fact that there was tile instead of carpet. This should be a common feature in all beach town rooms. There were a couple of places where we noticed large patches in the walls, apparently the drywall had been repaired/replaced, but the paint has not been yet. One was a large rectangle near the bed and another was where I assume the toilet paper is supposed to hang. There wasn't a t.p. holder, so it just rested on the back of toilet or the side of the bathtub. The bed was decent as far as comfort goes, however, I strongly suggest bringing your own pillows. The three tiny and very hard pillows on the king sized bed left my neck hurting severely after just one night. Overall, the room is fine. It is nothing fancy and could do with some updates, but I would stay here again and I would recommend it to budget travelers.

Outdated but good price. Good location and good parking available as well.

The room was fine for the price. You only get 2 small thin towels, so plan to bring your own. Front office extremely rude upon arrival. The man whom I'm guessing in the owner is very rude to his maid. Screaming and yelling at her in foreign language in the parking lot. Would never give this place another dime.

I only wished that the pool was a little bigger I was pleased about the hotel they need to update the pictures on the website my room did not look like the pictures that I saw on the website.

I think this is a good value. I had stayed there previously. Room decor is older but the room was clean. Inexpensive. A short drive from downtown Fort Walton Beach. Decent, easy drive to Eglin Air Force Base. Located just across the highway from the sound.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The sink was dirty, the rugs are torn and faded, the tub had stains in it. There was no hot water. The door was missing the security latch. I had to sleep with a chair in front of the door. I barely got any sleep. The people in the room above decided to have a drinking contest on the balcony. I was grateful to have only spent one night here and I really didn't want to do that. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very helpful and friendly I just felt the hotel had cleaning issues and needed a bunch of repairs and upgrades in keeping with the surrounding hotels.

Room definitely needed some work. Night stand didn't have a drawer (missing), bathroom was hanging off the screws, half inch gap under room door and floor that allowed easy entrance for bugs, no alarm clock and a half functioning tv. Wasn't the most pleasant room I've stayed in but served its purpose of sleeping.

This was a very nice place to stay for the weekend. It was clean and modern but had a low price.

Staff in reception was not friendly. Unfortunately we booked a smoking room and they could not change it. But that was our mistake. Charging 25 c for ice ???

The hotel and staff were great! We booked a last minute trip for my daughter's 16th bday to this hotel site unseen and had never been to Fort Walton before. It was extremely clean and the staff was helpful with getting to the local eateries. Thank you for a very pleasant and memorable trip with my daughter!
