Welcome to Island Princess 200! The Island Princess is a seven-story, family-oriented complex located right on the beach on sunny Okaloosa Island. This spacious 3-bedroom end unit features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king-sized bed in the master with beautiful views of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, twin over twin bunks and twin over queen bunks in the third bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this lovely unit sleeps 10! Enjoy free beach service including 1 umbrella and two chairs from March 1 to October 31. With a seasonally heated, gulf-front pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area and covered parking, you'll have everything you need for the perfect vacation here. The Island Princess is a 7 story complex with 136 units featuring gulf-front balconies in the heart of Okaloosa Island.  Watch dolphins frolic from your own private, gulf-front balcony or take a swim in the lovely, gulf front pool (heated seasonally).  Soak your cares away in the hot tub or grill up your fresh catch on the provided grills. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was construction going on in the condo above us but they didn't get started until mid morning so it wasn't unbearable. The condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella rental being included with the unit was awesome. Perfect for our family trip!

This condo was exactly what it said it would be! Location was perfect, views were amazing. The bunk room was awesome for the kids we brought, ages 14-18. The walk to the beach was short. This was our first time in Florida and we will for sure be back and would stay in this condo again. The beach was laid back and great for families.

Holidays at the beach

Our three bedroom condo fit the 7 of us so well. The bunk room offered kids individual beds. The kitchen was well stocked (be aware there are no spices or oils, so bring your own if you want to cook). There were plenty of linens. Being in an end unit was also nice. The beach and pool were Amazing. We loved it! Parking was easy. Access to restaurants was easy. I loved this location.
