Almost perfect. the only thing is hyatt should have at least one vegan entry in the free breakfast. Theres a lot of people now that are vegerarian or vegan. Having a tofu or vegan patty (either one only) in the complimentary breakfast should not hurt. In fact this will likely attract more customers who are vegan vegetarian or customers who are opting for a healthy diet.

The hotel was conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining options. The beach was a quick 9 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was kind and friendly. The staff made sure the hotel looked impeccable everyday.

The overall stay was enjoyable. The room was very small for a family of 5. Breakfast was ok most days. The day they served Canadian bacon it tasted like watered down meat. There was a fridge in the room, but no microwave. Would’ve liked to have a microwave. The pool area was clean and very well kept and sanitized. The shower head water pressure was non existent. The sprayer in my kitchen sink has more water pressure. They should definitely look into this as a well pressured shower is a must when sleeping away from home. The fruit at breakfast could have been cut better and riper. The day they served pineapple it was not ripe at all. Fresh bacon and not the heat and serve kind would have been better as well. We booked the hotel because it came with free breakfast. We saw good reviews so we went with them. This time however it was less than what we saw in the reviews. Would not stay at this property again. Also, the lack of daily cleaning was a let down. Especially with a family of 5. We only got “light” cleaning on the 3rd day of our stay.

The location was pretty convenient however , the TV leds were busted took 2 days to get a new TV and then it broke the same day and they couldnt change it for another day. The mini fridge was busted and our stuff spoiled. The staff ( with the exception if the manager seemed put off to have to do their jobs and were not helpful. Basically were like oh well. The receptionists who checked us in was unhelpful and unwilling to check on us adding an extra room so we could have more space instead wanting us to make reservation instead of just checking the computer. The bedding was gross and comforter stuffing was compleyely beat looked like dust and the comforter was see through because no filling in the blankets. Ended up changing rooms cause everything was broken and the whole experience was just a pain. Staff had the attitude like oh well what am i supposed to do about it. The manager did offer a day refunded and 50% off another day. 3 of the 5 days we had a busted TV and non functional fridge. The pool area was nice enough except the have yhe dumpster hiden near by and every now and then you get a whiff of garbage. For what the cost was you can get a better place right on the beach.

Nice location. We picked this hotel based off the reviews.(9.2) I was expecting to have a much better experience. When we checked in, staff was dry never once cracked a smile or welcomed us, after the long drive we had a smile would have been nice, got to the room and I checked the bedding before I do anything else and the sheets were dirty as if they were not changed. They were able to send room service up to change sheets while we went to eat. Room over all dated furniture, bathroom door between sink and shower was weird, old school slide doors. Oh and cleaning service was every 3 days unless we asked which I know some hotels are going to that but for almost 300 per night, I was not impressed at all!

Our stay was nice enough, but a few things could be improved. The staff at the front desk didnt know how to turn the fire pit on, on our last night the wifi was patchy and the front desk person said " well mine is working ",not professional at all. There was also a smell of sewer by one side of the pool area where we sat We also had to constantly ask for hand soap,towels and toilet paper as they only clean x2 for our 6 night stay. The housekeeping ladies were amazing though
