Everything was wonderful! Front desk staff could have been more courteous.
Loved location, it was super clean, staff was great, and we loved pool. Wish we had been facing the ocean and that ww had been allowed a late check out. Wish they had bar and food open later and earlier.
We enjoyed our short visit to the resort primarily for 3 reasons: 1) The service (both hotel and restaurant) was AMAZING(!), 2) The on-site restaurant has great food that is crafted with care, and they are open most of the day, 3) The location is directly across from the convention center - and on the beach. We were very impressed and will certainly be back. Our hats off to the desk staff and management for excellent customer care during each interaction.

Hotel is relatively new but the bed in our room was off the frame already and metal bar underneath was out. Some of the outlets were not working in the room. The jacuzzi wasn’t working either (water was hot but no bubbles). The front desk was very friendly and welcoming though. Could be a great hotel if the maintenance would do what they need to do - maintain the property.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was super efficient and friendly. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy. The lazy river style pool was wonderful and the beach was literally a few yards from the pool and dock. I would definitely recommend this facility and will make plans to return!
Kid friendly with all the extras. Loved the movie nights at the pool. The views were amazing and the location was excellent.
