Perfect stay

We love staying at this resort and this was our first time staying at this property. 100% recommend. Place was clean and exactly as described. Good location with bay and pool views. Owner even sent out a list of places to eat, things to do, etc. My only “complaint” is that there was no pen to sign the guestbook, and I didn’t have one, so we weren’t able to do that. I always enjoy reading about other peoples adventures!

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle!

We had a blast! We had all adults on this trip and it was perfect for us, but even if we had kids with us it would’ve been perfect for them too! I loved the layout and the furniture, very accommodating for 5 adults!

Great Condo for Family Vacation

The Condo was in a great location. Close to Destin to visit and do activities, but a lot more peaceful. The Condo was as pictured if not better. The couches had been updated and that really was my only concern in the photos before booking that they looked to be worn down, but they ended up looking as though they had just replaced them and not taken new photos yet. There was enough space for our 3 kids and grandparents traveling with us which was nice. Extras that were there when we arrived like free standing fans, a large extra blanket, and extra pillows in the closet and items for the beach like chairs and the umbrella was a nice touch too. The AC works great and we were very glad we went with this 6 floor option over lower ones with the lazy river and pool so close. The lazy river was a little too cold for our older travelers but the kids didn't mind it. Next year we know to travel a few weeks later for the best temps but overall we had the best time and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything while we were staying there. This is a great host. We never had to contact them. Emails, checkin codes, and checkout policies arrived in our inbox well before we needed to ask for them. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it was nice not to have to pay for beach access and parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay with awesome amenities. We will for sure be looking into other rentals this family offers.

Great place to stay with access to the best of FWB

We enjoyed our stay. Destin 607 has really good access to beaches, dining and a short drive to Destin. The property met our needs really well. We will plan to come back.

Very nice condo. Spacious and clean. Extra blankets would of been nice. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open and close. People seemed to be disappointed that pools were not heated until the end of the week, as we were also. Cool overnights and the early sunset cooled the water. I was disappointed with the lack of anyone minding kids goofing off in the hot tubs. I know it should of been parents, but they didn’t care. But overall the condo and resort are beautiful and a wonderful location.

Loved the condo! Pictures match what condo looks like. Condo was clean. Big enough for all of us. Great location! Lazy river is awesome. We love staying here. Very clean and close to everything in Fort Walton! Jet ski and pontoon rental next door! Would recommend this condo. Walking distance to beach and loved the fireworks during the summer on wednesdays!! You will love this condo!!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all of the pans, pots, etc that we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to many things. The purpose of our visit was for our daughter’s National dance competition and we had a great time!

Really love the renovated bedroom design--well done! Also, 5 stars for communication with the property manager(s). We had a couple of issues throughout our stay and they addressed them in a friendly, efficient way. The handyman was also very kind and helped take care of these items at our convenience.

Exceeded our expectations

Renting with Costal Vibes Vacation, by far exceeded our expectations. The communication, comfort and amenities within the condo were stellar. Our family was there for the Thanksgiving holiday and cooking a big turkey dinner was made easy due to the enormous amount of kitchen supplies within the condo. The unit was very comfortable, had plenty of sitting room, and included a variety of games that were perfect for family game night.

Birthday- Hurricane Ida escape

We had this reserved before Hurricane Ida hit LA. It was perfect for our family to stay to get our minds together to return to La. I have stayed at this resort several times and this is by far the best condo. Everything was perfect and easy. Will stay again.

Great vacation! Tropical Storm Fred moved east and our weather turned out beautiful☀️ Condo was wonderful. Clean and spacious with great Bay view and Lazy River. Lots of fun memories for our family. Would definitely return to this condo again😎

Nice Looking/ ammenities lacking

The room itself was very nice. Nicely decorated and clean. We did run in to some issues during the stay however. Some of the remote control batteries were dead, ice machine in fridge didn't work, had issues getting in to the room at times on the keypad, the jacuzzi tub advertised did not work, shower door in the master does not close all the way, and the sofa bed where we had an adult scheduled to sleep was completely mangled from a previous guest. They did offer to refund us $ for the air mattress that was purchased to accommodate for the broken sofa pull out. The views and pool area were awesome and the kids loved that.
