Our room was located where drain pipes were very noisy - yes it was raining but it was weird and loud to hear water freely running in the walls
I would like a refund. Our a/c was not vooling all night.

The property it’s self is in a very good location, not a busy road, private beach area , pretty clean for a hotel. Arthur at check in wasn’t the friendliest and tried to get someone else to check us out. It was kind of rude the way he went about it. He was very young so I guess he’s still learning about customer service. The reason being I was having card issues which we gotten straightened out within 5 minutes. No breakfast because Starbucks is there. No shade at the pool which stunk. There was a bar which of course you can charge to your room like everything else. They don’t tell you coming from the beach the door isn’t locked so you stand there forever thinking your hotel card doesn’t work because the sign says you have to use your card to get in. The parking lot is horribly small. A lot of people had a hard time getting in and out. Just a lot of small frustrating things that could have been avoided. I wouldn’t go there again for that price though to be honest. Just somewhere else along that road with more amenities.
Staff was friendly and the coffee bar was a nice feature. It was on the beach with easy access. They were short staffed through the weekend though, so room service missed us one day and we had to ask a couple of times before they remembered to get us the next day. That was the only downside about it.

The property is close to the beach which is nice but on our visit it was raining so dampened that amenity. The AC in the room was only blowing warm air. The room temp never got below 81.
I stayed in a king “studio” type room. Not as close to the beach as others but an easy walk on their “skywalk” to the beach. They don’t give you lotion with your shampoo and conditioner, which was disappointing to me. I purposely didn’t bring any lotion because everywhere I’ve stayed always gives you some. I was previously staying in a 3 bedroom condo with full amenities ( lacking lotion as well coincidentally), a full kitchen, and closer to the beach for almost the same price. So they’re a bit overpriced in my opinion. Room and linens were very clean and comfortable. I liked that they had a pantry in the lobby to buy snacks and drinks from. Friendly staff. I also loved that you can’t get up to the floors where the rooms are without a key card. I’m a mother in her early 30’s, who was traveling across country for the first time alone with my 3 year old. So the added security helped me sleep better. That to me was a little bit worth the extra cost.
Excellent staff members are everywhere. No complaints at all.
We had a wonderful time and Rebekah and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make this our best trip ever. We will definitely be back.
The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the beach, but it is not without it's flaws, I would stay elsewhere next time...
