Located directly on the sugar-white sands of Destin, this beautiful 1- bedroom beachfront condo offers stunning ocean views and a relaxing getaway for up to 6 guests. We’ve made some upgrades and changes to the living room furnishings that do not yet appear in the listing photos, we are working on updating the photos to accurately reflect the current state of the property. CONSTRICTION UPDATE..Sun Destin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior/interior construction around the property. The main lobby is currently being renovated, so all guests will enter through the east side of the building. As of February 17, 2026 the main pool and the hot tub are open, however the heated pool is still closed. We’ll post updates on openings of the amenities and renovation timelines as we receive them. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our host was friendly and quick to respond. Beautiful view from the balcony and it was right on the beach. We ate outside frequently on balcony on the great high top table. The space was perfect for our escape from NE Ohio snow. It was a cosy and welcoming condo. The king sized bed was comfortable. We did not use the Murphy bed or bunks. The beach chairs were great. The washer and dryer made it possible for us to pack light. We knew there were renovations happening when we were going to be there, as disclosed in the description, but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The employees were kind and helpful as were the people doing the work. Close to a Walmart and Target so we could buy groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

We weren’t told about balcony view being closed . Both pools were closed! The furniture needs updated or cleaned. We stayed just two night and rented a place at Pelican Beach Resort. Really nice and priced the same. Sun Destin needs to shut completely down and remodel.

STAYED AT SUNDESTIN BEFORE THIS ROOM WAS LIKE MOST OTHERS CLEAN BUT OUTDATED A BIT OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US IN EARLY BUT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF POOL CLOSING DURING MID STAY AND HOT TUB WE WOULD HAVE HAVE BOOKED HAD WE KNOWN ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR OUR TROUBLE AND LET DOWN BUT STILL HAVE NOT REC'D TRIED CONTACTING OWNER TO NO AVAIL. NOT NECESARRILY HIS FAULT BUT WE PAID TOO MUCH TO NOT BE ABLE TO USE POOL FOR FULL STAY AND HOT TUB WE ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY EARLY BC WE WERE REALLY UPSET NO COMMUNICATION W OWNER UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO VRBO ONLINE HE STATED HE WOULD SEND A MONEY ORDER TO ME FOR OUR TROUBLE BUT ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NO REFUND OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE WE BOUGHT ROACH SPRAY BC THEY HAD A FEW NOT OWNERS FAULT BUT WE JUST USED PRECAUTION TO NOT CARRY THEM BACK BEDROOM HAS SOME TYPE OF UNUSUAL MOLD SMELL I COULDNT PUT MY FINDER ON IT BUT IT DIDNT RUIN STAY BUT MAYBE THAT CAN BE CHECKED ON IF NOONE REPORTED THEN CANT BE FIXED THE LOCK ON BALCONY DOOR WAS BROKEN WE MANAGED TO FINANGLE WITH IT TO LOCK IT AT NIGHT CONDO BLDG ITSELF IS ON BEACH NEAR EVERYTHING BUT JUST SUCH A LET DOWN WITH POOL BC WE DO USE POOL DAILY AND HOT TUB AND SO AGAIN HAD WE KNOWN WE WOULD HAVE BOOKED AT A DIFFERENT PLACE I DONT THINK THAT WAS RIGHT THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT IT AND NOTHING DONE TO MAKE IT RIGHT
