We are enjoying this place.
Friendly staff, quiet well kept grounds
Our first stay, usually at Indian Lodge. This was a step up! We got there and the front desk had a call out and no one there to check us in. Sign said 2 hour wait til 6. A housekeeper made a call and then a young man showed up to take care of it all. He wasn;t even suppose to be working that afternoon. That was nice. The rooms across the street had a balcony that we sat on and watched cars go by. The room was cozy, clean, comfy. We had friends staying on the same floor and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast down the street was good. The night sky was nice even thouh it was a strange rainy week. The only thing I didn;t care for were thebed pillows. Our friend said they were "Chiclet" pillows. The were small and square. But I made do. It was a good weekend. Going again to watch a meteor shower in August!
Friendly staff at check in , beautiful property
Very nice and restful place
liked the porches and the downtown location there didn't seem to be any air-conditioning at night....?
Historic location, large room in poor condition. Mold on bathroom tile, Blinds broken, door hard to open and draftee, no TV instructions, poor lighting to read, bad value.
Nice and quiet. Just what I needed. Pleasant surroundings.
A full kitchen. The size of the suite and the comfy, old fashioned aspects with modern amenities.
built in 1912 as hotel (2nd floor) whole building now hotel rustic go to the restaurant out the hotel back door (thru garden) get the steak AWESOME! wife, not a beef person, LOVED hers! breakfast out the back door and across the street remember this is not downtown New York City this is way out in the middle of nowhere West Texas We enjoyed it!
Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, marvelous historic hotel - what more can you ask for?
We enjoyed a three night stay a the Hotel Limpia. Our room was spacious and quiet and comfortable. This hotel is a step back in time but with all the modern conveniences and comfort. Very convenient to the community with a couple of very good eating options next door and across the street.
The Hotel Limpia places you within a short walk of Overland Trail Museum and within a mile (2 km) of Rattlers & Reptiles. This 30-room hotel has conveniences like a restaurant, an outdoor pool, and free in-room WiFi.
Explore the hotel and meet new friends over drinks at the bar/lounge, or enjoy a bite to eat at the onsite restaurant.
Guests can enjoy TVs and stay connected with free WiFi. Bathrooms have hair dryers and free toiletries. Coffee makers, ceiling fans, and desks are also standard.
The Hotel Limpia features an outdoor pool, free WiFi in public areas, and microwave in a common area. If you plan to drive, free parking is available. The front desk has multilingual staff that can answer questions about the accommodations, services, and more. Additional amenities include a meeting room, an arcade/game room, and a library.

Thank you for your feedback! Our air conditioning does work at night, but doesn't cut on as frequently during the day. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
