A pipe burst in the Hampton and they sent us over to the Home 2 Suites said our reservation was transferred over there. When we got to Home 2 Suite we were told our reservation was cancelled but I could book with them for a higher fee of course. Al on Christmas Eve.

The woman who welcomed us at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, especially the bedding and the bathroom (and I am extremely picky). When we left for dinner I mentioned that our sink wasn’t draining well. The woman at the desk said she’d ask maintenance to fix it before we got back and they did! Really good service!
