The home was spacious and clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The patio and pool was very nice and we spent the majority of our stay out there enjoying the weather and watching tv at night. We were disappointed when the hot tub was not heated and the keys didn't stay and when contacted the host we were told the hot tub was not an amenity. We had 2 small needed repairs and when we reported them maintenance came very quickly and took care of it. Everything we needed was in close proximity and the beach was a short drive as long as we got ahead of rush hour traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Resort Life at its finest is a great description for this beautiful home away from home!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property with the private pool and well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has a whole shelf of spices which was really nice for the few times we cooked at the house. The beach chairs at the entrance were a really nice touch although we never used them. The pool and spa were amazing and we had plenty of towels both for the pool and showers. Overall the house was really well stocked and decorated beautifully. We also appreciate Coastal Breeze Vacation Homes and the maintenance team who helped us during our stay. They were very prompt and courteous. Thanks to the owner and the CBVH team.

Great location
The visit was amazing! Location is perfect as you can get to Sanibel in 15 minutes. Tons of options for food in the area. The pool and hot tub are great. Nice outdoor area to watch tv as well.
