Women at front desk was very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. We arrived around 5 minutes before 3 and I said “hi we’re checking in “ and she said in a very unwelcoming demeanor “you're gonna have to wait! “ she seemed very annoyed with us being there! We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and have never been treated in that manor..it was shocking. Also we walked to room and the hallway smelled like old urine! The room was disgusting so we cancelled or reservation and booked at another hotel for our stay in Florida. Very upsetting experience with your hotel! Thank God we found another with such short notice!

Desperately need more towel hooks or racks in bathroom. Lighting is really too low; I could not see much at all unless the tv was on. Bathtub needs stability strips to help it not be so slippery. Pool was gorgeous and warm, but the seating was painful. Those orange sun loungers are ‘killers for the back and behind’. Breakfast eggs were awful and the breakfast hostess was not at all engaging or interested in the guests. Your hotel is very close to being excellent. The room was clean and bed comfortable, but see my comments above that could really help bring you into another class of service. Thank you, NWise

Room was clean and quiet. Pillows were poor quality. Some lights didn’t work. Front desk staff were not at all welcoming, friendly, or helpful. Pool is very nice. Bring a floaty! Breakfast was your typical free breakfast but we showed up 1 hour before it ended and there wasn't much left.
