Great little bit of Heaven

The property was clean and conveniently located near the beach. When we encountered a minor issue with the washer, the property manager responded promptly and resolved it. I would definitely consider staying there again, and I might even think about booking a couple of months in January and February of 2026.

Bad weather

It was quite cold during my visit and the furnace did not worry. However, the property manager was responsive by providing a space heater. The water pressure in the master bedroom was low and the shower in the family bathroom had missing knob’s, making it difficult to change selections. However, that bathrooms water pressure was good.

A very nice location

This property is clean and is located very close to Fort Myers Beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The management responded to our questions, but there was no direct communication. We had to leave messages for someone to get in touch with us. There were a few issues that were resolved with the management.

Lanai overlooking the canal.

This place was very clean and perfect for a beach vacation for the four of us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a nice deck overlooking the canal. The area was peaceful, quiet and you could walk to the beach. We enjoyed it.

Thankful for the accommodations but there were some things that need attention. The windows are all trailer windows, low quality. The curtains were not large enough to cover the windows. There were bugs. The drain cover in our shower was never screwed into place.

Hidden Gem

Just spent 6 nights at this hidden gem it’s an upper duplex with a lovely balcony with comfy out door seating .. Tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Patsy Houston Texas

Wonderful Experience

My wife and stepdaughter enjoyed our week stay at this location mainly due to great accommodations as listed in profile and easy access to beach a short two blocks away. Have already recommended rental to other family and friends!!

Family vacation

This property fit our needs perfectly! It had everything you’ll need to visit the beach! It was comfortable for our family of 4! We only turned on the tv once but Netflix was there ready to use. Laundry facilities were available to use! We would definitely stay again!

Very relaxing oasis by the beach

Easy to rent, check in, new and modern, with multiple places to hangout or take an easy walk to the beach. Was far away from the main shopping and restaurants which took some time and effort to reach those spots. The benefit was a very quiet vacation with not many people on the beach nor all the sounds from the jet skis, boats and bar music.

Be Prepared to be disappointed

Inaccurate accounting of amenities - bring you own beach chairs and umbrella. There is no Coastal Breeze "concierge service.." If you have issues you will need to resolve them yourself or live with it. It has two bathrooms, but no water pressure in master bedroom bathroom. So, only one workable shower. Overall property is worn and tired. Renter beware.

Comfortably decorated small condo

Small 2nd floor comfortably decorated condo, very small bathroom in master bedroom. (2) bath towels per person; minimal cookware. Appreciated the community washing machine/dryer on site. Have sm coffee cups but "coffee mugs" would be appreciated. "Musts": new couch cushions to replace uncomfortable worn out couch cushions - same with the worn outdoor seat cushions, Fairly easy short walk to the lovely beach. Enjoyed the beach pull cart, but should replace worn out beach chairs. Traffic was definitely a negative. Enjoyed small sitting lanai off the living room: nice canal views, and enjoyed the lovely sun rises!

Month escape from winter

Excellent property in nice, in a beautiful, quiet location. Very comfortable beds (thank you!) Property managers are highly responsive. The property needed a small clean up issue addressed when we arrived, but the property managers were very responsive to a message about it. We plan to return.

Loved walking to a fabulous white sand beach every day!!

This is a comfortable two bedroom apartment, larger than it may appear in the photos, in a great location, with tasteful furnishings. It's near the end of a dead-end street, so it is pretty quiet and has very little traffic. It has a view of a canal. When we were not at the fantastic, nearby, dog-friendly (leashed dogs) beach, I was reading a book on the lovely screened in-porch. The neighborhood was quiet, people were pretty friendly. The very short walk to the beach requires crossing a street that can be busy at times, but drivers were respectful of the crosswalk and stopped for pedestrians. The kitchen well-stocked. The apartment has a very elaborate shower with multiple shower heads/sprays. There was a new gas grille, (although we didn't use it, other neighbors did,) and a shared laundry room. The TV was a bit of a headache as you had to access your streaming service through YouTube. Luckily we had plenty of books to read. There is a farmers market nearby on Tuesday and Thursdays. The rental agency was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay again.

Frustrating experience with management company!

Got to this rental unit only to find that someone else had already checked in to it. After talking with the people that had checked in there we found out that when they checked in they had called the rental company to let them know their key code didn’t work, and without verifying that the people were in the correct unit the rental company gave them our key code. The people in our rental argued with us, then called the management company to see what to do. The people got off the phone and let us know that the rental company said we could either wait for them to move out of our space to go to the spot next door (and we’d have to wait to have the place cleaned), or we could stay in the one they were supposed to be in, but we would have to move to their spot on Thursday for the remaining three days of our stay. Because we had traveled 18 hours by car and had a very grouchy and tired five year old, we agreed to stay in the property they were supposed to be in, so we could get to bed quickly. The properties were identical and absolutely beautiful - so we weren’t frustrated about the property itself. The next morning we decided we did not want to move on Thursday, in the middle of our stay, so we checked out and moved to a different rental not managed by that company. We asked the rental company for a refund and they told us the best they could do was refund us 1/3 of our rental price. They said it was because we verbally agreed to stay in the other space and move to a new space on Thursday. But that was a decision made because the people in our place had already yelled at us, and I just needed to get my kid to bed (it was 6:00 at night by this point). After telling the company that I would refute the charge with my credit card company they informed me that the rental agreement I had signed said they could put us in another rental unit if needed, and if I refuted the charge with my credit card company we could get absolutely no refund and they were prepared to take us to court. 😱 Not the best way to start a vacation! In the end, we agreed to the refund offered because it was better than nothing and we didn’t want to end up in a legal battle over something that was supposed to be a relaxing experience! While we understand that things come up with rental properties and occasionally people need to be in a different unit due to an emergency, that was not the case here. The company made the mistake of not verifying people were in the correct unit!

Nice place

Everything was new and updated and the manager responded on any issue very quickly. The only issue is we didnt realize the property has 3 units soon to be 4 which made things a little tight . Not a deal breaker for sure

1st Visit to Fort Myers

This was our 1st visit to Fort Myers. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated as advertised. The location was close to all our needs: restarants, grocery store. We had questions when we checked in and the Property Manager was quick to respond and cooperative. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Also....the neighbors were so friendly!

Simply understated and did not disappoint! 5 STAR

The bay/canal view off of the screened porch was spectacular offering amazing sunrises! This beautifully decorated, very clean venue was only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and public access. The beds were very high quality & super comfortable... as good as home :-) Centrally located to good shopping, dancing and great food. Thank you for a fantastic time!
