Bright and beautifully appointed 2 car garage condo in a quiet gated community. 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Also includes a den with a queen sleeper sofa that can be used as a 3 bedroom. All new appliances and furnishings with lots of space to relax. Amenities include a large community heated pool and hot tub. Workout room and clubhouse. We are centrally located to dining, shopping, night life, golf and local beaches.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
