Cozy condo with spectacular water view

Place was neat and spacious for 8 people. Bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was very helpful. The location was perfect for relaxation. The water views were amazing and to see the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony was definitely a bonus. Very much satisfied!

Condo is exactly as advertised. Tons of room for people to spread out and relax. Unit is fully stocked with everything you will need. Just pick up some groceries. The views of the Sanibel Island Harbor from the lanai is breathtaking. Enjoy your morning coffee as dolphins put on a show for you. There is so much to do. Ocean with a private beach, private pool, Sanibel Island, restaurants. You will never want to leave!

Wedding vacation

We had no problem renting the condo or checking in on our arrival. My son got married next door at Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort so we were right next door. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My only gripe is the dryer. The door would not stay shut even though we did what the note said and was very gentle with it. You would leave but while gone the door would open up. I think someone needs to break down and have it fixed or buy a new dryer. We would definitely stay again in this condo and recommend it to friends and family. Lovely place!

We had the absolute best time staying at this property with our extended family. It was perfect for us, the kids, and grandma and grandpa, too! We will definitely being going back to this specific property! It had everything you could think of! The owners were very thoughtful, didn’t miss a beat!

Perfect getaway place

We were there for spring break for our kids. We had adults/kids with ages ranging from 24-9 plus ourselves. We had a 3 bedroom place that was perfect for all of us. Location was perfect; away from the busy traffic of FtMyers and Sanibel but close enough to both to get to either if we wanted to. Place had everything we needed from dishes/pots and pans to sand toys. Only thing missing was beach chairs that they said were in a closet but we couldn’t find them. Wasn’t a huge issue because we never had a problem getting a spot on the beach or at the pool even with 9 of us. Had a smoke detector go off (needed new battery) and someone came immediately to fix it. Great accommodations. Plenty of space for our big family and plenty to do.

Close call in the parking lot. Resort employee driving too fast almost hit us as we were crossing into the lobby. Didn’t apologize, just smarted off when I confronted him about his speed. Other than that, the stay was great.

Great sand and excellent view!

We were apprehensive since it wasn't on the beach but were Pleasantly surprised at how nice the sand was on the property. We cooked all our meals and the unit had everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms all with en suit baths. I would recommend the unit. We will stay again if we need 3 bedrooms.

Great Views and Fun Place to Stay!

We loved our overall stay here. Views were absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room and every bit of space was well appointed. The beds were comfy, TVs in every bedroom, hairdryers in every bath made it a very pleasurable stay. The location was just a small drive to anything and everything we wanted to visit.
