The large master bedroom en suite has a king sized bed, its own TV and its own lanai entrance. The guest bedroom has two twin bed, its own TV and a guest bath right next door.
The open living area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV, a sofa sleeper for extra guests and a large dining table with nice views of the island. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit, free in-unit Wifi, a building elevator and ample parking. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a marina, where you can launch your next fishing trip! There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Amenities of Sand Caper include a BBQ Grill Area, and a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. Best of all is the beachfront in your backyard...walk the sandy path to water's edge!
Sand Caper has been hard at work to make the complex beautiful again with an atrium open to the sky with tropical foliage in the center of the building and a brand new pool, pool house, and picnic area. They are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo is inspected prior to your arrival.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to Lover's Key or up to Times Square.
