First time at an Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful and spotless. I was worried about cleanliness but this place was immaculate and very well kept. All appliances were new and two sets of washer and dryer. They had thought of everything here. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants.

5 stars all the way for Sandy Feet. The house is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach or if you prefer, 2 feet to the pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are available too. Angie always quickly responded to messages and her check in/out instructions were very clear. Great place, I highly recommend.



For added ease we have provided beach chairs, towels, cooler, and a beach wagon so you can hit the gulf as soon as you arrive. All of the spacious bedrooms have king memory foam extra comfort mattresses. Rest assured your bedding will be sanitized and sparkling clean for your comfort and safety. Each bedroom has a large dresser and large closet for you to spread out and make yourself at home. Each bedroom has it's own ROKU smart TV. Hulu Live is available for your entertainment pleasure.



The spacious living room has a large extra comfortable sofa and love seat with 2 side chairs. The "55" inch ROKU TV, bright and inviting decor offer ample space for the whole family! The kitchen features all brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and a dining table seating eight. The two bathrooms have walk in showers, the master has an en suite, second bathroom accommodates the guest bedrooms. There is a bonus room with a large goose down filled sofa and "65" inch ROKU flat screen TV.

We only provide high quality cotton white towels and sheets that can be easily sanitized to ensure disinfection. Starter sizes of laundry/dish soap and hotel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be there upon your arrival.



Access to the private backyard is through a paved pathway from the side door or from 2 of the home bedroom sliders. The tropical backyard features total privacy and a brand new (installed June 2020) pool (9' x 19') with a baja bench for relaxation. The pool depth is 3' to 5'. The patio surrounding the heated pool has inviting and comfortable loungers to relax in the sun. A gas grill is also provided.

Getting Around:

The location of this home makes getting around a snap. Walking distance to two local favorite coffee and breakfast spots. Times Square is a quick 10 minute stroll. There are also local trams and trollys that makes frequent stops up and down the island.

I am available for as much or as little interaction as you prefer. I live on the island and love it beyond measure. I am always delighted to share tips and tricks with my guests.
