Sand Dollar unit #2 is part of a stunning 4-unit waterfront canal property w/shared pool, dock, and is across the street from the beach!
Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee, fish from the dock in the canal, lay out by the pool or head to our white sand beach. All can be enjoyed here! Florida canals are the best place for viewing birds, fish, dolphins, manatees, and turtles. Walking distance to the beach, short ride or drive to FMB's Times Square.
This 1 bedroom unit is on the ground level, right side. It comes with a King bed plus a twin-size futon-style sleeper sofa in the living room for a max occupancy of 3, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully stocked kitchen, and individual patio. Shared washers and dryers are available onsite. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
Activities available to you on FMB: biking, hiking, birding, shelling, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing, dining, and most importantly RELAXING.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

Close to the beach
Everything as advertised. Owner was available for assistance on daily basis. The air conditioner and TV were on same frequency, some times TV would turn on automatically. Was not a problem! Funny though! Across street from beach. 3 blocks and you were at public access to beach. Great as it is a 5 per hour parking fee.

Amazing Property!!!
This property was absolutely wonderful! Due to renovations on the lower level we were upgraded to the two-bed, upstairs unit. This upgrade gave us the most spectacular view of the gulf and hands down the best spot to watch the sunset! We met the owner, Yvonne, the first day! She was so wonderful and welcoming. She ensured the pool was skimmed every evening. The property is very close to the Fort Myers Trolley stops which made it very accessible to travel to all the hot spots. If you're looking for a property, in a quiet area, I would recommend this property!! Thanks for having us!! Cheers!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience. The property had undergone some extensive renovations following hurricane Ian, and the results were nothing short of impressive. It was clear that the owners had spared no expense in restoring the property to its former glory. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the crisp, clean, and tastefully decorated interior that felt brand new. The new fixtures, fresh paint, and upgraded furnishings created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is lovely, the host is wonderful, and TriPower is easy to work with. Even with construction all around us, it is so nice to see Fort Myers Beach rebuilding.
