Located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach, not far from the pier, Sand Dollar North is one of two spectacular, two bedroom, 2 bath beachfront rentals in the Sand Dollar Triplex located on the second floor! You will be amazed by the views of the ocean from this space. The large (shared) deck offers plenty of outdoor seating for lounging in the warm Florida sunshine. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed. The living room features a comfy pull out couch and swivel chair. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook a nice dinner or prepare snacks for the beach! You will truly be amazed when you step into this rental for your next vacation!
**Pool is available for guest use. The pool is shared with 2 other units in the home. Guests understand there are no lifeguards on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Hot tub hours are 5:30pm-10:30pm. There are exterior cameras located at this property.

The Sand Dollar Triplex is a spectacular beachfront property located directly on the soft white sand of Fort Myers Beach, completely renovated in October 2023. The second floor features two rentals, each two bedroom, two bath. The third floor features a 5 bedroom rental. All tenants have access to the lower level pool and outdoor bar area!

Pro's: Nice View, easy access to downtown, good kitchen layout, easy access to beachCon's: Walls are paper thin-you have to hope for quiet neighbors, Loud beach activities start early in the morning, kitchen/bathrooms a little beat up, pool/hot tub area dirty (hot tub never got hot), parking is not ideal. I had to park in the empty lot next to the property - even though I asked manager to help with poorly parked vehicles.

The beach house was gorgeous! Everything was as listed! Location was excellent! We loved having the private pool area right on the beach, perfect for coming in off the hot beach and cooling off and still enjoying the view and feel of the beach. Loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings for sunrise/sunset. Having washer/dryer and beach supplies was an added bonus!! The only complaint is the communication with host was a bit delayed and some questions were not answered prior to our stay. Overall was an amazing experience and would definitely love to return!

Beautifully renovated right on beach

The condo is newly renovated & is right on the beach. We loved sitting on the deck with friends, enjoyed the pool area & the convenience of being right on the beach was incredible. Thank you!

1/4 mile from Margaritaville resort and town center. It was the perfect place to stay . Very clean and the host answered all questions in a timely manner.On the beach , which was so relaxing. Will be back soon !

Pleasantly surprised.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The location is in the hot spot of Fort Myers. We expected a quiet weekend and it was far from it. The beach was packed and there are multiple companies renting out beach chairs in front of the house. However the crowd was friendly and for the most part young kids enjoying themselves at the beach. The apt is pretty much new, and very comfortable. I had one small incident which management took care of immediately. I would totally recommend for those who are young at heart and willing to mix in with the crowds.
