The unit itself was as expected from the images posted. The furniture and the Christmas tree on the balcony limited the walking space and crowded the already small balcony. The walk to the beach was quite far and was more beach front on the water inlet to the bay rather than gulf front. I would suggest using a wagon to help haul your beach equipment. We did enjoy watching the boats come and go. The community in which the condo was located was very quiet at night making it very relaxing in the evenings or early mornings.
