Walked into our room and it had a bad moldy smell. Went back to the front desk and she said oh no we can't give you another room. You booked on Orbitz and we'll have to have the maintenance manager look at it. What does booking on Orbitz have to do with it? I paid $178 for the night. It's not like I paid $79. Maintenance went into the room and went straight to the air conditioner and the manager asked us to wait outside. So I'm guessing this has been a problem before. We waited and they sprayed the room with air freshener. Later while taking a shower the shower head holder broke so the shower head wouldn't stay up. It was a handicap room which I don't remember asking for because Im not handicapped. Bad experience!

The Manager is fantastic.
Was told breakfast was included. It was only a small, warm OJ, a muffin and Greek yogurt. I was expecting to be usual breakfast at the hotel. They shouldn’t be charging extra saying includes 2 breakfasts.

ORBITZ book a room for 5 persons, but the hotel only could accommodate 4. The fime print for the room on the site was not accurate
I choose this location over other one because of free breakfast. That you don’t have to think in the morning where to have breakfast. I am not sure why till now nether Hotel website or Orbitz did not change this option. Due to covid 19 the do not offer breakfast at all. You can get a bag with two small baggies cream cheese banana and bottle of water. It’s not a breakfast. As well this hotel is not offered tea at all. Only coffee is available. What’s the problem to offer hot water and packages of tea. We found our room not as clean as expected. There was a hair in bathroom. Room has a coffee maker but no cups was provided.
