Room was clean, staff friendly, services including breakfast was good. The only downside is that none of the ice machines are working. The management work around is they have bags of ice in the snack convenance area behind the desk. Its an OK workaround short term, but they really need to address the problem, The ice bags aren't enough for everyone to have ice.

I would definitely recommend. The staff was nice, the room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing during our stay was that the ice machine wasn’t working, but when I called the front desk, they were able to get me ice and bring it to our room, which was excellent service.

Clean and helpful staff

Our stay this past weekend was excellent. The hotel and room were extremely clean, which we really appreciated. Customer service was outstanding—Chavone at the front desk made check-in seamless, upgraded our room, and even followed up to be sure we had everything we needed. Jesse was also very helpful in printing documents for us since there isn’t a business center on-site. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the beach, so we were able to enjoy some time by the ocean even though this was mostly a business trip. Overall, a spotless hotel with staff who truly care about their guests. Highly recommend!
