#521 Corner Condo with Panoramic Views

Welcome to Casa Marina #521 – your canal-front tropical hideaway in paradise. This resort-style corner condo on the 5th floor above ground floor level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and is furnished in a beachy/contemporary motif. There is tile flooring in the entry, dining and kitchen areas, and beautiful wood flooring in the remainder of the condo. Views are of the surrounding network of canals, boat docks, and all the lush tropical foliage, as well as the Gulf of Mexico and back bay. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and offers amenities that include deeded beach access, a heated pool with cabana just steps from your building, and fishing piers. The community's grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. There is ample parking, and a convenient trash chute next to the elevator. In addition, within walking distance is a public marina and a CVS pharmacy. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is are many shops, restaurants and the new Margaritaville Resort. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Other amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, private laundry and all towels and linens are provided.

Entry at ground level is through a secure air conditioned and furnished lobby. Take the elevator with glass wall to the fifth floor and turn to the left. While on the elevator there is a perfect view of the nearby back bay. The hallways on each floor are open air and allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your accommodations. Enter into the open plan dining room, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully outfitted, complete with pantry, plenty of cabinets and granite counter tops with tile backsplash and an architectural tray ceiling. All the necessary items are available to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. Just bring the food! There is a double stainless steel sink with disposal. Appliances include a double door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, a 5-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and built-in above range microwave. A pass-through bar goes from the kitchen into the living area and has 3 bar seats. The large dining room has a table seating 6. Around the corner from the kitchen is the living area furnished with matching sofa and love seat, bookcase, accent tables and lamps. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors from the living area lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony. The view from this fifth floor vantage point is of the marina below and the Gulf in the distance. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom area. At the master bedroom end of the balcony, behind louvered doors, is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer as mentioned above.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, an end of bed bench, a recliner and a 5-drawer chest of drawers with flat screen TV above. There is a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled walk-in shower with hand rail. Sliding glass doors provide private access out to the screened-in balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a 3-drawer chest with flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. The adjacent guest bath has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
