LIFE IS BETTER AT THE BEACH! This lovely Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the desirable prime South Fort Myers Beach location right on the sand! The balcony offers SPECTACULAR direct views of the Gulf, perfect place to relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine to take in our world famous sunsets. There are comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV in the living room. There's a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a TV, a desk for working remotely and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination; while the guest bedroom features two Twins, and an en-suite guest bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. A sleeper sofa allows the maximum occupancy as 6.

Located on the 5th floor of Leonardo Arms on Fort Myers Beach, this oceanfront condo is ready for you to enjoy our wonderful Florida sunshine. Leonardo Arms features a private heated pool that overlooks the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico (not the parking lot); BBQ and picnic area for grilling under a Tiki Hut; and 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach in your backyard where you can do some shell collecting, bird watching, dolphin watching, excellent fishing, or just embrace the laid back Florida lifestyle and soak up the sun on your morning walk.

For your convenience, there is free WiFi in the unit, building elevators, ample on site parking and on-site laundry facilities on the 2nd Floor in the building.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach re-nourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
