The place was filthy. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. No smoke detectors. Back yard smelled like dead fish. Found cigarettes on the window sil, routing fruit was left on the counter. Tons of personal food left in the cupboards. Very poor communication from hosts. They offered a refund, but never followed through. Very disappointed in VRBO.

Cozy home

The house smelled fresh as you walked in. There were clear instructions on everything about the house. Very cozy home in a cute neighborhood. Not far from i25. Made it a breeze to hop on and head to Fort Collins. Definitely recommend. I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and they were so kind and shipped them to me.

Very unique house. Very quiet and comfy. The patio and backyard were nice. There’s some work to still be done to the house that we could see. Overall, was very nice house to stay in. Beautiful furniture and art in all little corners. Lovely layout and lots of room.
