First off the hallways were hot and dirty, the room was not much better. Dead bugs in the 40w ceiling light for the tiny bathroom. Stool seat was loose, dmgd furniture, ac filters broken, lampshades dirty and broken, in room coffeepot cracked, ice machine had what looks like calcium deposits on the top where it has leaked, noise road and trains all night, drinks consisted of Pepsi, Dr pepper, Mt dew and water. Snack machine broken, window screen torn, and if they do have a room safe like it says it was really good because I couldn't find it. And so dark, 3way lamp... 1way bulb. Do your self a favor best Western across the street.

I had requested a room OFF THE STREET, and got one right on US 85 intersecting the main street through town, so not only did we get the tire noise but the accelerating engine noise as well. Plus it was close to railroad tracks, with the train horn blasting all night as they are required to do so at RR Crossings. I asked to change rooms right after we checked in, but they said they were totally booked...never mind they could have put us across the hall, and put a later guest in our room. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the outstanding breakfast. Maybe because it was Sunday a.m. they had great eggs, sausage, and supurb green chili to make burritos, or to smother the eggs.

The staff at this Quality Inn were always pleasant and welcoming. The price was great. The breakfast was much better than other Quality Inn's I've stayed at. Parking space was good. They are located between a Sonic and an Arbys. Right around the corner is The Spicy Taco which is amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel.

This hotel was simply bad. From reservation to accommodations nothing was completely right. This hotel appears to be a part of a chain that, from the outside, is a middle of the road hotel; nothing special but not bad. Appearances are deceiving. Walking in you may immediately notice employees dressed like they just fell off their skateboard, ragged zip-up sweater and all. The garbage behind the counter and the worn appearance seemed to indicate what was to come in the rooms. The room I had was, for a moment, a relief. It looked remodeled. But when you put down your luggage, you will notice that all the renovations were done by a handyman, or your uncle Sal, not a professional contractor. The bathroom was amazingly poor. A tub cover was incorrectly installed, tile that was uneven on the walls, with edges pushed out and unfinished, and the grout appeared to be construction adhesive (or some other substance). The caulking was done by someone with a spatula and a bad attitude. Management doesn't know what they are doing, and were unapologetic for errors. Wow. Nothing was quite right.

This place is fine - average hotel, but more expensive than what i typically spend for a 2-star hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the staff friendly. It was difficult for me to find this place and I use google maps. This city is very dark and access to the street behind this hotel is obscured. There was ample parking and places to eat and drink in the area.

Mum & I spent a night here. We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, but one of the beds was a Double size instead of a Queen. But the staff was accommodating. We had requested a room on the ground floor, but since they didn't have one, they gave us a room on the upper floor but close to the elevator. We deeply appreciated that. The breakfast was fine. Overall, it was not too bad. Thank you!

My ground floor king room was very clean and comfortable. Normally do not eat breakfast but did for this review. Normal hotel food. Eggs sausage links. Tortillas and supplies to make breakfast burritos which was different from most hotels. The only negative thing other than the price was the see thru curtains. Not sure what Einstein thought it was a good idea to put see-through curtains on downstairs rooms. Maybe PeeWee Herman.

This place was close to a business meeting. An associate booked this for a few of us. It has been a long time that I stayed at a property like this.I was not disappointed in my expectations of a dirty old disappointing stay badly worn hotel. I would recommend staying at another property even for a few more dollars that was clean neat and friendly staff.

The rooms were very clean but it is next to a busy highway. The traffic kept us awake and so did the trains that passed by every so often. But the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, and I enjoyed my stay. Beware of the fake fruit at the breakfast bar!

But the hotel and common spaces are heavily worn. The included breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. I think this particular facility needs to. In order to be competitive with others in the same price range.
