Sea Garden stay

The resort was very nice. Some of the buildings were a little tired. The one bedroom unit we had was clean and very spacious. Bedding was really comfortable. A little far to walk to the beach as my husband has mobility concerns. Location was good. Check-in took a long time. Room was not available until 6 and although they welcomed us to use the resort while we waited, they did not have any pool towels for us to use. The food at the cafe was not worth getting. The staff were overall very friendly.

Unsatisfied

The property itself was what I was expecting. Good location, helpful staff, nice amenities. Our room was definitely different than what was shown, not in a good way. Check-in was confusing and made difficult by "Christian." They "accidently " had our dates wrong twice and then had us switching rooms in the middle of our trip. Not feasible with 2 children. Hotel staff has said this is the 3rd issue with this host that they know of. I'll avoid using VRBO all together going forward dude to the stress this caused on the first day of our trip. Not worth it.

Can't beat it

This is our third year coming to Wyndham Sea Gardens. The pool, ease to the beach, location to restaurants and cleanliness of the resort keep us coming back. No complaints in 3 years. The tiki bar upgrade is fantastic. See you next year!!!!

Bait and Switch

Customer beware, this is a timeshare and the host does not own the property. When we got there we were given a completely different and smaller room. They were very argumentative and dismissive with any resolution. This room is falsely advertised.

Pampono Beach Vacation

tHE PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT. THE SUITe was large, two bathrooms, (the bathroom with the tub could use grip bars for safety), a full kitchen and living room are. The facility was right on the ocean which made easy access to the beach plus the tree pools. It was located in area within walking distance of a park and numerous restaurants.

Beware when booking through this company.

14 days before check-in they changed booking to studio room. I had originally booked a 1 bedroom condo. Too late to find some where else. At check-in they gave me a wrong room. People where staying in it. Also it is a time share so you have to be strong at saying no to listening their sales pitch.

Family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in the one bedroom condo we rented. We unfortunately travelled as the coronavirus was making its way through the states and ended up leaving a day early due to pools/beaches and other facilities being closed. The condo was beautiful and better than pictured. Very clean and conveniently located near all different restaurants. The only negative is the staff at check in. I felt very pressured to attend their “1 hour” sales speech, even after I told the woman we weren’t interested, she kept persisting. Otherwise everything else was great!
