Avoid this place at all costs. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen — filthy, sketchy, and genuinely unsafe. The “administrator” showed up shirtless, covered in tattoos, smoking a cigarette, like something out of a bad movie. The whole place felt like it attracts trouble. Do not stay here. It’s not worth the risk.

I want a refund. The airport taxi dropped us off at 8 PM and we were stranded with our bags because the office was locked and we couldn't check in. The sign said they closed at 6 PM. Are you kidding me? So we had to look for another hotel when everything is sold out.

They were not open when we got there. They closed check in at 4:30pm. They sent a text at 4pm saying they were closing at 4:30pm but I did not see it by the time we went there at 7pm

The most disgusting place ever, people beater at my door a midnight, fighting and yelling out front of room, mold all over the place, everything broken, homeless sleeping in trash ridden front "yard", had to pay to park $25 a night and yet NO security, the stay was for 3 nights and yet we left just 12 hours after check in. Refund would be given as soon as the printer and Credit Card reader start working, we could not wait and said they would send me a receipt by email and yet nothing yet........will see! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
REALLY!! This is be on any excuses. for ANY reasons!
This is what the sink looked like when we got into the room!
Mold ALL over shower not to mention SOOO many safety and health violations!

Our room should not have been offered to guests in its current condition—it clearly needs a full renovation. The TV remotes didn’t work, the headboard was broken with nails and staples exposed, the stove didn’t work, the floor was filthy, and the bed was old, uncomfortable, and squeaky. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night. Parking should be free, yet we were charged $25. We will not be returning. The only positive was the front desk agent, who mentioned it was her first day. She genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately comping the room wasn’t an option.

Room unfit for public use. I have very low standards when it comes to staying in hotel rooms. I am just there to sleep. But blood smeared on walls, bugs crawling around in bathroom. left over soap and tooth brushes from previous stays was to much. I immediately booked at another hotel and left and filed a complaint with the State of Florida. Believe every word about previous reviews and not a one above a 2, that's owners or employees.

Staff was nice like always. The two room options I got, were bad and worse. 1st room had no air conditioning and the room was filthy, stains on bedding and just awful. 2nd room had air, but furniture was broken, bathroom had dog food in the shower and drug paraphernalia scattered on the bathroom floor. There was also some unsavory guest and what I can only describe as a prostitute operation being run in the adjacent room, with yelling and glass breaking. Being woken up multiple time at night with several "guest" yelling at each other and threatening one another. A couple people I spoke to said that place has gone down hill over the summer. I will never stay here again. I left at 7am after being woken up by my neighbors and their issues.

The hotel is in terrible condition. What you see in the photos when you make the reservation is not the reality of the place. Homeless people were sleeping in the reception area, and there was trash in plain sight. I couldn't stay because it was so awful.

I stayed here Saturday August 30 thru Tuesday September 2 with my son and had requested a room with a bed and a pull out couch. Upon arriving I knew it was an older motel but did not expect the conditions nor the lack of basic toiletries provided to me. The room only had one bed so that was incorrect from what I paid for and reserved. There was no other rooms available for me so only option was to move a bed and frame from another room to accommodate us. Good thing my son moves furniture for living! So because of this my so called "resort fee" was refunded which i was content with. However, only 1 towel was provided to me at check in with a cheap bar of soap absolutely no wash clothes for 3 day stay! The lady tried her best to find another towel for my son which she did and a set of sheets for the bed he had to move. There is cracks all in the walls, barely a shower curtain hanging, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and the refrigerator was nasty at the bottom as the room had a small cooking area with stove and sink. Some dishes were already there but no dish soap to wash them. I had to go and spend 30 dollars on 2 beach towels to have due to the lack or linens provided for our stay. In addition to realizing this place houses long term guests that are involved in prostitution and drugs. Several doors down from where we stayed is two ladys that live there and has a man with them that yelled, screamed, and threatened another on the phone over his money. Would never go back

The room was not the way it was pictured online. There was only one towel for two guests, there was a broken stove top that said the burner was on. It was very uncomfortable and not how I imagined the trip being at all. I am very disappointed and not happy with my stay one bit.

I have a LOT to say. First off, don’t book here. The pictures are NOTHING like what you actually get. While yes, a little dated but close to the beach, I said why not. Well… when we got there, the lights weren’t working well, dirty, the TV didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work, there was no hot water the entire stay. The room looks run down and unkept. Broken outdoor future that looks like they were trashed hand-me-downs… time of operation is incorrect on website. No manager on property all weekend… no sense of urgency, then there was a massive fight going on at 6:30am not allowing us to sleep, then someone reprimanding a dog “ supposedly it’s a service dog” next to the door, someone smoking “grass” in or around the room which the smell seeped into our room. This was a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Not sure where these “great stay” reviews are coming from because this is NOT it. All they have going for them is that they’re walking distance from the beach. I’m waiting to hear from someone to let me know if they would minimum refund me for a nights stay due to the circumstances listed above…

The pictures online are AI edited. The rooms are in poor condition, and not very clean. The fan had two out of four blades, the tv sucked. The stove was broken, and the walls are so thin. A family of about 7 people stayed next to us screaming all night long. It was probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. I think it’s for sale, they need to knock it down. No shade to the front desk receptionist she was polite. She allowed me to choose the room. I said It was fine at first glance, but it really wasn’t. If you’re gonna stay here, bring your own towels because they only give you one.
