The Ave House has been thoughtfully renovated, designed and equipped for even the most discerning of guests.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have King beds, memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, plenty of storage and and smart tvs for you to stream with your favorite apps.
Bedroom 1 comes with a garden view while bedroom 2 comes with a pool and backyard view. Bedroom 3 comes with a twin bed memory foam mattress for a fifth guest and also doubles as a quiet work space with a garden view.
The well lit bathroom has plenty of storage and comes with all the necessary toiletries to make one feel at home.
Whip up all your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen then dine in the adjoining cozy dining room or outdoors in the spacious screened in outdoor patio.
Spend the rest of the afternoon lazing around the pool soaking up the sun on one of 4 loungers in your private oasis. Pool is heated per outdoor temperatures.
If you rather go to the beach just a short 10 minute drive away, then beach towels are provided for such a venture.
Your living room comes with a smart tv to stream all your favorite shows.
Be sure to take in close by local breweries and restaurants. Pharmacies, police stations, supermarkets, casinos, hospitals are all within a five minute drive.

Nice place with very cool screened in porch where we played cards and ate dinner. Pictures were very close to the real thing which is nice. Only one bathroom but other than that it’s a nice place. No pool heaters seem to work so water was cooler than I’d hoped but not sure I have ever had a warm pool in the early spring. Host allowed us to check in a few hours early which was very appreciated. Host was communicative and informative. Overall very nice stay.

Amazing family vacation!
Amazing house with a tropical feel pool! It had lots of extras like Tupperware, condiments, and pool floats. The host was very quick to respond. She was accommodating with our later flight and let us check out a little later.
