Welcome you to your stylishly-appointed 1/1 home away from home; with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The inviting open plan living space offers an updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. This well-maintained property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood a few minutes drive to the beach in one direction, and I-95 in the other. There are grocery stores, restaurants, a Starbucks and the Holy Cross hospital, all within walking distance. It is an easy commute to the airport or cruise port. This large1/1 is one half of a duplex. With the owners living next door. It has a private entrance, a private yard and a shared pool area. The neighborhood is very safe, and for added security and peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras and an alarm system. Only the people listed in the reservation can stay on the property. No smoking. No pets for allergy reasons. NO PARTIES.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
