Probably one of the worst places I ever stayed. There were so many ghetto & drunk people it was not even funny, & this hotel was so overpriced, we were stuck with a canceled flight, so did not have many options. Smelled like weed and drunk people and piss in the courtyard, would not recommend unless you are in an emergency situation and have no other options. Ladies at the front desk were trashy too, didn’t even have any sort of uniform or wear a name badge, half the time there was a sign at front desk that said “be back in five minutes” but they were never back lol. I called the front desk from my room and never received an answer, and I called them before I checked in as well, no one ever picks up the phone. Probably one of the worst management & customer service experiences ever.

The building was old and run down, the neighborhood where you park is scary. We brought all of our luggage in to the room because we didn’t think it would be safe overnight in the car. We just hoped that our car was still there in the morning

The hotel had little to no signage, and it was difficult to find the parking lot. Upon check in, we were charged an extra fee despite paying online. That would’ve been fine- had we known there would be an additional fee. Then, we’re walking our child to our room and there’s a couple arguing, smoking, and drinking right in front of the doors to the room (rather than moving away from the doors a bit). Then we get into our room and there are hairs on our sheets, brown smudges on the walls, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and we were counting down the minutes to check out in the morning. With the additional fee, we could’ve stayed at a significantly nicer hotel than this rundown motel with makeup on for the same price.

We booked a room with a kichenette as we were staying there for 9 nights. Not only did we not have a coffee maker & tea kettle, the kitchenette had hardly anything in it, no cookware at all, no pots & pans, no cooking utensils, no utensils period, no forks, knives, or spoons. The first night we checked in late so just ordered in food but wasn't given any utensils with our delivery and there were no untensils in our kitchenette so my partner had to eat her salad with her hands. Literally all there was, was 1 coffee cup 2 small plates & 1 large plate, nothing else. There were no cleaning supplies either. No dish soap, no wash cloths, no dish towels, no nothing. The small refrigerator in the unit had a bad smell and had a thick layer of ice in the small freezer compartment.

The staff were lovely. They were kind and tried to help but they just. Didn't have the tools or equipment. There were no cooking implements or cutlery in the room. The lock on the door had been ripped out and replaced multiple times. There was a sticky substance on the bathroom floor. Security doors didn't work. The whole place was dingy and beat up.

There were NO washcloths OR handtowels in the room. How can you not provide these things? Also, no drinking cups in the bathroom or kitchen. The toilet seat was missing a connection and about to fall off. The bed was made so that the sheet was ON TOP of the blanket (old and terrible) so there was no sheet between you and the blanket. Do they expect you to sleep with that dirty thing on you? Only 1 of the 3 access doors had a working key lock to get in, so one of them was propped open with a styrofoam cup allowing access to everyone (in the world). There is no coffee in the room OR the office. And the office is closed from until 8am so if you lock yourself out you're screwed. There was a hooker on the street in front of the hotel when I left in the morning. Not a pleasant stay.
