This area was so scary, sketchy & dirty and drug-infested it was an easy decision to forfeit the two rooms I paid for (non-refundable) and go somewhere else. Live & learn but at least use Google Maps Streetview before booking this. Just because they charge a Resort Fee, does NOT make it a resort. Will not make that mistake again.

Very pleased!

My sister and I spent 4 nights at Downtown Hollywood Inn and Suites. We choose this motel because it was close to Memorial Regional Hospital. Little did we know it was located close to shopping, Hollywood Beach and the airport. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and the pool and surrounding area was beautiful. We were totally satisfied with our stay.

No concept of housekeeping sending extra towels etc when needed- we had to go to the reception and collect it. The receptionist didn’t know that the food delivery person walked past her and to the room without informing them at the desk that felt unsafe
