Reserved and paid for a room with a kitchen. Received a small, dark room that smelled moldy and old with a broken fridge and no kitchen. They were willing to give us a different room, but still no kitchenette and with no tv. They were unwilling to accommodate then, and the manager said if we didn't like either room, we could leave, no refund...rude customer service and rooms are less than mediocre.

Just stayed one night, the receptionist was nice, friendly and always smiling. We room was good and didn’t hear any noise. There is a European buffet nearby if interested in trying something. We will stay here again next time we come back to Fort Lauderdale

We had to give a 50dollar deposit CASH, with lots of rules in a hope you didn't/couldn't collect it. The standard of our rooms, I think they should have given us 50 dollars to stay there! The rooms we were given were nothing like the internet photos. Embarrassed for my friend and extremely disappointed. I did ask to be moved but we're told it's not a 5* hotel.... The only positives was the bed was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice.
