Beautiful and Modern home, everything is brand new, great for families, couples and group of friends. Very close to the Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, Expressway, shopping, night live, Hollywood downtown, casinos, Gulfstream Park, Aventura. Great location to enjoy Florida Sunshine! Please read the house rules. The house as a garage, and parking for 2 more cars. There is a washer and dryer machine. Free Wifi.

The location is close to downtown Hollywood, which was nice. The house was lacking though and is in poor shape. The bathrooms only had two bath towels and two washcloths each, no hand towels and the window blinds do not close all the way in most rooms. There is a driveway for one car and the check-in/house instructions specifically say to not park in the grass, but when we asked the host where to park our second car he said just park in the front yard grass next to the driveway. The garage is not available for use (in fairness, it is NOT advertised for use in the listing) but it was being rented out also, as some folks arrived on our second night. The host was responsive.

There aren't any hair dryers, hand towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap/pods. The TV does not work in the living room and the heater did not come on. There isn't anything that gives directions for wifi or what to do when you leave. It was clean but in a sketchy neighborhood. The beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness was excellant. The house needs to be freshen up. The house needs a better supply of pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. We were not able to cook any meals due to the lack of the fore mentioned.The window coverings need to be replaced.The location was about 15 minutes drive to the beach and in a run down neighborhood but safe neighborhood.

I found a few roaches in the kitchen, the beds are so uncomfortable, no extra blankets, someone is staying in the garage, an RV parks on property daily, only one door for the apartment, the pots and pans are very poor quality, the neighbors have a rooster crows nonstop from 3 am and on……

My family and I had to travel back down to Miami abruptly for my father-in-law’s sudden passing. The location of the home was great as it was only a short drive to our relative’s home. However, at check-in the home smelled like a wet dog, there was animal/human hair everywhere, and bed linen did not appear clean. The owner was very fast with communicating and was able to help offer solutions. Due to the lack of cleanliness, my family and I will not be staying here again.

Communication with just was efficient and quick. The listing said it had 1 king and 2 queen beds, the beds were definitely not queen, very small. I’m ended up sleeping on the couch to accommodate my very tall husband who’s feet hung off the end of the bed. The listing said it could accommodate 6 people, There were only 4 towels, no hand towels, and no wash cloths in the house. The bathrooms were not very clean, the one toliet had dried urine on it and the floors were not cleaned. Part of our party that was supposed to stay a second night did not stay and made other arrangements. We did reach out to the owner who was apologetic ut I would not stay here again.

Nice but needs better cleaning

There was human hair under my pillow, in the bed, on the bathroom floors, and scattered throughout the house. Also, my cat hid under the beds so when I was looking for him I saw more hair, dust, and a water bottle under the beds. Needs much better cleaning between guests. Hair that isn’t mine grosses me out.
