*Smoking is not permitted inside or outside within 20 feet of any window or door of the building. This includes the use of marijuana and vaping. Our staff will report any evidence during or after your stay during their daily inspections of the property grounds. Our smoke detectors may be remotely monitored. Tampering with smoke detectors or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum fine allowed by the platform.

*Use of the provided linens to remove makeup will result in the loss of deposit.

*Missing items will be billed at two times the replacement cost.

*Quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.

Needs to be upgraded

The mattress pad on one bed was way too big it did not fit the full bed, so it would bunch up and made for a very uncomfortable bed, The couch was small not big enough for three people no other place to sit so we used beach chairs! There was a big yucky bumpy stuffed old ottoman it was nasty. The place was not up to par. Very dissatisfied

Needs a good deep cleaning

This property is about 10 minutes to the beach which is very convenient. The condo itself is dingy, dirty, and very outdated. The walls are scuffed up, outlets are starting to become a fire hazard, and there was hair in the tub from previous renters.

Great location and wonderful stay

Great location . Clean apartment with enough beds for a big family of four or more . We enjoyed the stag very much . The dining table needs to be replaced with some solid furniture . The current table and chairs are very low quality bringing the priority value down .
