This is an Oceanfront Unit in an Ocean Front Building. The views of this corner unit are breathtaking. The 100% full remodel just finished in late 2025 and we thought of everything. You won't want to leave!

We also provide 5 streaming options for television viewing: DirecTV, Disney+, Hulu+, MaxHBO, and Google TV (Sony TV).
In addition to a full kitchen, we provide Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner (Dove Professional), and full lineup of towels and linens.

We love to offer Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs: On booking, please provide your desired times of arrival and departure and if we don't have same day guests, we will do everything we can do to accommodate your needs.
Please note: Normal set Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out is 10am. Due to the last minute nature of many reservations, anything other than that has to be agreed to in writing and often times can't be agreed to until a few days before check in/check out. That said, we will do everything we can to help you if you need extra time.
We offer simplified pricing with NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES, NO PARKING FEES, and NO EXTRA OWNER'S FEES! Anything above our nightly rate is charged by VRBO for their fees and taxes (State and Local). That's it. No hidden costs whatsoever.

Per HOA Rules - NO pickup trucks, NO oversize vehicles, and NO commercial vehicles are allowed. HOA has strict towing policy. Please note the parking restrictions on these vehicles.
Pet and ESA Policy: While we personally love pets and fully understand and respect the need for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), we must unfortunately prohibit all pets and ESAs in our rental unit. The owner’s family has members with severe allergies to animal hair, and this presents significant health concerns for them.
Service Animals: We recognize that Service Animals are not subject to the same restrictions as pets or ESAs. However, due to the severity of the allergies present in the household, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation. If you require a Service Animal for your stay, we encourage you to consider alternative accommodations.
In the interest of health and well-being, we must be cautious and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of family members with severe allergies.
While wishing to respect the family’s privacy regarding medical conditions, verification inquiries may be directed to the attending physicians, in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

This was our second stay at this location since we enjoyed it so much the first time. I would recommend this condo to anyone who loves to wake up in the morning and have the ocean and the natural world at their fingertips! You can just relax on the beach or can take a day trip to explore the surrounding area- such as the Everglades or a snorkeling excursion. As mentioned in previous reviews the condo was clean, cozy and has everything you need. The laundry room on the same level was very handy too. All in all a great vacation spot!

This a perfect place for 2 Beautiful views of the ocean with awesome sunrises! Just steps to the beach. Quiet and relaxing property.

Very much as advertised. Well-maintained, well-equipped, beautiful beachfront. Randy, property owner, very helpful.
My wife and I loved staying here. The ocean is literally right outside the window! Open that window and you can listen to the surf! The condo was cozy and well equipped and Randy is a very attentive host. A great choice for breakfast is First Watch, a mile or so (give or take) down the boulevard and you're also a 5 minute drive to Fisher Family Pier in Pompano Beach which has some great restaurants and great strolling.

Communication was top notch from the time of booking to the farewell. Condo was cozy, well-outfitted, clean, and literally steps from the private beach. Condo is about 20 minutes from airport making it the perfect location for a quick fly-in trip. View from living room is AMAZING. Bathroom is surprisingly large with ample storage, lighting, and mirrors. Complex is quiet, secure, and locks/entry were super easy to use. TV/wireless/streaming was seamless. Washer and dryer were very accessible and easy to operate with the app. One of the best beach stays we’ve ever had. Hope to return next year!

When we first arrived and stepped onto the balcony we were in awe of the beauty of the ocean view. I had previously mentioned to Randy that I had an allergy to perfumes. He was very kind and accommodating. After entering the condo we found that it was perfect- super clean and very comfortable. No fragrance smells or mustiness at all. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return again. A perfect place to heal from your hectic lifestyle!

Very accurate description, very clean and well kept, not a new building, all amenities are a little aged but everything clean and worked as it should, had a minor issue with an exterior building piece that was promptly addressed, Randy the contact person was extremely attentive and helpful in every way, views are spectacular we will definitely be keeping this place in our contacts to return in the future if it’s available!

we had a great week in this studio apartment - Randy the manager was extremely helpful, left no stone unturned, always available for questions. very clean, well-equipped. The location is fantastic - right on the beach (which was surprisingly uncrowded), pool great, sunrise from our balcony. No noise. we hope to be back.

Great location
The property was very clean with a great view of the ocean. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The beach was never crowded.
Randy was a great host. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys the beach.
The unit was great except it was unseasonably cold and there was no heater. I didn’t want to bother the owner on the holiday so just used extra blankets. Communication with owner was great. I would stay again!! Beach view was amazing.
