Room itself was fine BUT it's in a very large, very old building that once was a luxurious resort. The building had been rundown and is now used as condos some of which are in rental pools by various management companies. The main entrance/lobby and hallways are quite seedy and frequented by unsavory loiterers. Check in was not at the property as indicated by the booking info but at another location. Parking was not free as per booking info either. A self park garage for $28.00 overnight was the cheapest option. This property should not be offered to the travelling public. Too difficult to find where to check in; too creepy in the public spaces of the still partially abandoned former resort. There are other accommodations from which one can enjoy the beautiful Hollywood beaches and the great boardwalk life there.
