Handicap parking is really far from the front entrance, on a rainy day you get soaked before you reach the room. Some of the hallway walls were leaning in, going to fall one day soon. Bathroom was not clean, particularly behind the toilet.

The "Resort" if you can call it that, is very dated. The rooms look like they were last remodeled in the 80's. Parking area was dirty, lots of trash blowing around. But the worst was the used condom on the floor next to the bedside table. We had to go to the front desk twice in a period of 2 hours to get them to send someone in to clean that up. Best thing was the new memory foam mattress that was in our room. We won't ever be staying here again.

Upon arrival the grass was nice, however once checked in and after receiving the key I went to take my bags to the room and was very disappointed. This is advertised as a resort but this is a ran down motel. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. The girl at the front didn’t even ask what was wrong with the room because she already know its terrible. I was told I have to call Expedia to get a refund. I called Expedia and they were unable to get them on the phone. Expedia said they would continue to follow up with the hotel. 3 days later I get an email saying I will not be getting a refund because it’s non refundable. That’s ridiculous!!! It’s not like I wanted a refund because I couldn’t make it. I wanted a refund because the hotel was old, outdated, rusted and not fit to stay in. Very dissatisfied

Resort isn’t the word that came to mind when I saw my room. HoweverI did like it that my room was a suite. But the carpet should have at the very least been shampooed. The carpet had spill marks on it throughout the room. There were also areas on the carpet that were worn and missing shag. So maybe the carpet in my room would have been better off being replaced. Also the decor was dated. Unless they were going for an antique look. This wasn’t a good look. Finally the grounds could have been better kept had the maintenance crew or lawn crew would have blown away the leaves that were scattered around the perimeter of the rooms. Overall, the area was pleasant and quiet. Bottom line. Management should have the carpets shampooed or replaced and remove the leaves. Cleaner carpets would have helped earn 5 stars

The property was conveniently located to shopping a restaurants. It was also was tucked away in a quiet area. Great location! However, needs a bit of cosmetic , or make over repairs, and the parking could be much closer.

Clean and comfy but…

While a very nice property, the hotel room was just okay. Very clean, comfortable bed, but lacking a fridge and even a hint of upscale character as suggested by the surroundings.
