Room and Hotel is very nice. BUT, was told that parking was $40. Was not told that the Hotel adds a $33.90 fee on top for the service of parking. Be careful of how hotels like this like to ADD extra fees' Stay across the street and parking was free at the casino!!

I like breakfast, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Driver Walter was excellent and respectful, and very welcoming. The reception needs to be more welcoming, very robotic-like. Cleaners are very attentive and responsive to guests' needs. Overall, I recommend the rooms overlooking the Guitar with a balcony.

I stayed over the weekend! 25-27 Oct. I was in town to see John Legend at the Hard Rock! The hotel is lovely but my favorite thing about this hotel is how clean it was! When I tell you whatever the cleaning standards are keep it up! You could literally eat off the floors! This has got to be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel a lot so I know! Everything else like the great staff was a bonus! The staff was tremendous! There is a shuttle that will take you across to the Hard Rock that runs from 2a-2p! What would be even nicer is if there was a shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the beach because other than the Hard Rock there is nothing and I do mean nothing in the area to do! You need a car if you are trying to get anywhere other than across the street which is fine if that’s your only objective! The roof top pool is nice and the G7 is a whole vibe and the food and drinks were good! The roof top was totally different between night and day! I felt like I was in two different spaces! Anyway! If in Hollywood FL stay here! Also if you like AYCE hot pots there is one right next door called Lemongrass! It was great! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Room was nice , lovely shower . Bed was very comfortable . Breakfast items were cold I.e. waffles , eggs rubbery . But enjoyed bagels , salmon, fruit. Noticed that staff member brought out pans supposedly to make omelletes. It was 0830 by which time we had already eaten. Driveway to get into property complex having to go through MacDonalds bit strange . Need better signage from street . However that being said would definitely stay here again . Loved having the shuttle service to Hard Rock .

Beware - Very loud music late night from rooftop

The hotel rooftop basically serves as a nightclub with extremely loud music past 1:00 am. Our room was directly below on 6th floor and would be impossible to sleep. They have earplugs in the room and a sign that says some “like the city noise” but if you don’t here are earplugs. It is NOT city noise - it is their rooftop nightclub. Extremely bad idea to have loud music and a nightclub like setting directly above your guests trying to sleep. Unfortunately o will not stay here again. Otherwise great location and nice hotel.
