This newly renovated and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private fenced in yard and heated pool. Conveniently located in the Cove neighborhood which is less than 5 minutes from the beach. House includes putting green, pool table, grill, 3 TVs, washer/dryer and other amenities perfect for a family vacation. Less than 1 mile from shopping, grocery stores, Target, Walgreens, Starbucks and plenty of restaurants.
The space
• Large outdoor area perfect for entertaining with heated pool, putting green, pergola, grill, sun loungers and outdoor seating. Pool is HEATED during winter months (November thru March) and included in price. Pool heater is available upon request for non-winter months (April thru October) for small fee.
• Sunroom with floor to ceiling windows and a 7ft pool table
• Exceptionally clean with brand new furnishings
• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances

Clean and comfy

We came for my daughter's senior trip. House was clean and owner's had great communication. We loved having the pool, put put and connect 4 in the yard to keep us busy on our non beach days! My only reccomendation is that the 3rd bedroom needs a dresser and TV.
