1. Road construction all across the entrance made it difficult to enter/exit the parking spots. 2. Leak from the water heater caused water to seep up thru the tile in the main hallway. Contacted maintenance and they came, but it did not improve. Floor was wet from foot traffic the entire week. 3. Shower in the guest bedroom sprayed water onto the floor even when the doors were closed. Contacted maintenance and the came added some sealant but it did not make a difference. We alternated between not using the shower and keeping towels on the floor to soak it up causing more laundry. 4. There was a bar located right across the alley behind the master bedroom. Every time they would throw glass bottles into the dumpster it would echo through the apartment. The location was not terrible, but that was about the only positive.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was helpful, I was able to reach out to them for a minor issue even late into the night. One thing I would mention is that the neighborhood was a little sketchy.
