Bryan and David were exceptional hosts. They were quick to respond to all inquiries and offered thoughtful suggestions for local activities. The home was beautiful both inside and out. It was a delightful blend of historical charm and modern luxury. The home was equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy a fall weekend getaway. From the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable bedding and robes, all of our needs were met. The Nordic spa feature was a definite highlight of the property and was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The area is lovely.The windows and outside need a good cleaning but inside was immaculate.The neighbours big dog came to visit(soaking wet) a few times and it was hard to get rid of him. He would have liked to help himself to snacks. However he was friendly.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation here. The house was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 2 children). Everything we needed was provided. When we discovered that we did not have the chemical for the hot tub, I texted the owner and it was delivered to us within an hour. We were very pleased with the speed this was resolved. The pool, was clean and at a perfect temperature. As grandparents, it was great to sit on the covered porch and still be able to see our children and grandchildren enjoying the pool. It was only a short drive into Niagara Falls for sightseeing. We would not hesitate to book this location again for our family.

We all really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, updated, spacious, great rooms (beds and bedding were comfortable), the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge were a highlight. It's located close to the border and restaurants. We plan on returning with our spouses!

Beautiful Home for a Family Trip!

We had an amazing week at this charming, spacious, and spotless home! The sauna, hot tub, pool, and beach access gave us plenty to do—just don’t forget the bug spray. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus with kids.We had six kids with us, ages 2 to 19, and everyone had a great time. The house felt fancy and fun, with lots of space for everyone to relax.Waverly Beach, just 5 minutes away with free parking, was beautiful and quiet. The location was also great for exploring Niagara-area activities. Highly recommend!

Cozy Getaway

We found this beautiful home trying to find a place close enough to take our family to see the Falls and I fell in love. It really is my dream home. The house is absolutely stunning. My kids loved the hot tub and my husband and I enjoyed the sauna and our walks on the beach. We all slept great and in fact I’m already trying to buy the mattress we slept on in the master! I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We met here for an annual friends weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. Check in was easy, the house is beautiful and very well appointed. There was a fire going for us when we arrived and plenty of wood chopped - we kept fires going the whole weekend. We did lots of cooking, puzzles, hot tub, exploring the beach, and running on the nearby Friendship Trail. It was an easy jumping off point to spend a day at Niagara on the Lake or wineries. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals (including good knives!). It was a blustery chilling weekend and we couldn’t have been cozier. Great beds and linens, plenty of beach towels, nice path to the lake and sauna, outdoor shower. Will absolutely come back again!

Amazing Stay on Lake Erie

What an amazing stay! I loved everything about this rental. It offered modern conveniences while still maintaining a charming rustic farmhouse feel. The owners were very responsive and communicative. Getting to the house and checking in was super easy. We loved the pool, hot tub and the brand new sauna. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. We enjoyed breakfast in the nook every morning and a dinner outside on the porch one night. We even made a fire in their fire pit. It's just a quick walk to the lake so we made a couple sunset strolls down there. The location was great. Restaurants and stores were close by, and the drive to Niagara Falls was really quick. Also, my 10 year old rated this location 1 million stars and even asked if we could move there. Honestly, the only negative thing about my vacation was not booking this rental for the entire week!

A true paradise

This property feels like it is straight out of a storybook. The location is so quite and private. The backyard still had flowers in bloom and it was so picturesque with the tall trees surrounding the property. The inside is BEAUTIFULLY decorated. The communication with the hosts have been so so easy. The team went above and beyond for us and we were so appreciative to have been treated so kindly. Would absolutely recommend this property for any larger groups. I did a lot of digging for similar properties and could not find anything this magnificent.

Perfect for a family getaway

Lovely place to stay

We stayed for two nights for my husband’s 50th birthday, with our children. We have 4 children aged 8-14 and they loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. House was lovely. Very old and new and we loved the little bit of rustic charm, coupled with a great kitchen, fab board games and a dreamy reading room for my early wake ups. We wish we didn’t have to walk through someone’s yard to get to the beach, especially when they had a group of people over. But, we waited and went when we thought it was courteous. Rooms and beds were so comfy. Not sure it was worth the 2k + we paid for two nights, but we made the most of it. Would definitely look at booking through these again.

Has Everything you could want

We had such a great time here. We did experience issues with the hot tub not heating up but they came by to check it out asap. Communication was fast and efficient. The Sauna was gorgeous and really made our stay complete. Cant wait to return!

The house is beautiful and the property manager was very responsive when we needed anything like more towels, etc. Very comfortable property, it is just buggy because of all the shaded trees but nothing that can be done about that.

Peace be still ~ a calm & resting place

To say that our stay was a beautiful and memorable experience is an understatement. It was absolutely perfect! The pictures of the cottage were amazing, but the actual cottage itself was even better; It truly was superb!!! The entire cottage was clean and super spacious. The private pool and hot tub felt like we were in our own private resort. An extra bonus - was meeting the neighbours. They were so welcoming and very kind! It was truly a blessing and a pleasure to have encounter them. So thankful and grateful to the host - Bryan and his team - for accommodating all our needs - and for the great hospitality! We love it

Overall, great! The house, the pool, and the hot tub were fantastic. The owner was friendly and helped us a lot. Thank you. The only problem was the beach view. I was surprised to find a neighborhood between the house and the beach, which blocks the view and requires a walk around to get to the beach.

Lovely relaxing family stay

Overally, this place is a really cute, nicely updated home with several amenities. The pool is great; the hot tub is new and clean; the renovations are high-end and super stylish; the closeby town has a few cute local places to eat and drink. I'd definitely stay here again. In addition to being a great rental, the customer service is second to none. A death in the family caused us to need to cut our trip short by two days. The owners were very responsive and kind, and even refunded the two lost days (although, due to VRBO policy, I'm assuming, the refund was only around $100). We were even greeted by flowers and a sympathy card upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I recommend this place without hesitation and hope to return one day.
