3-4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Wood floors, fireplace, central air, professional pool table and pool room. Bar room overlooks the large rear yard with a nice brick patio area. Master bedroom has a large Jacuzzi soaking tub and a shower. Near the Lake Mills schools, biking trails and Rock Lake. Large living rooms (2) and dining area. Large fenced in back yard. 2 car garage and plenty of outside parking. Includes a couple bikes. Tenant pays gas and electric. Available December 15th until April/May 15th 2027.
