Beautifully renovated with Tasmanian Oak vinyl planks through the entire living areas and bedrooms. The ensuite, main bathroom and separate toilet have all been fully renovated and look stunning.
Take in the magnificent ocean views from inside and outside of the house of both One Mile and Tuncurry beaches. One of the leading holiday homes Forster has to offer, it accommodates guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 2 separate large lounge/TV rooms plus a large dining area for enjoying some home cooking or local takeaway.
The house has 3 different levels, downstairs has a two car garage on one side and the other side is a large separate bedroom with ensuite and TV area, 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom and toilet as well as the laundry and the upper level has the kitchen and 2 very large separate living rooms one which opens up onto the deck with views of the One Mile Beach and Tuncurry.

Within the town there is mainstream and boutique shopping, a wide variety of experiences and activities and crystal clear water everywhere. Spend the day at One Mile Beach or Main Beach for the surf or go to Wallis Lake for some fishing, paddle boarding or relax on the sandbar.

The main bathroom features a large shower, vanity and separate toilet. The master bedroom features an ensuite with large shower, vanity and toilet. The downstairs bathroom also features a shower vanity and toilet.
You will be spoilt for choice with two living areas; upstairs features both a lounge and dining room, have dinner or drinks while looking out to the view of One Mile Beach or watch TV in this room while the kids are watching TV in the other living room which opens onto the kitchen with a small dining table to have your morning coffee or breakfast at. All of the family can enjoy the bliss of having two living areas.
The Kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, sandwich press, microwave, toaster, kettle and every cooking utensil you would need to cook up a storm. There is a large BBQ outside as well.
Enjoy the full breath of the outdoor lifestyle; start with breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise. Take in the lifestyle with an enclosed back yard - the perfect back drop to create family memories.

Very spacious house, clean, airy and well equipped, comfortably accommodated our extended family.The multiple levels of the property was ideal as it gives the opportunity for larger groups.A walk away from the beach and golf club.As there is no air-conditioning it could be beneficial to have ceiling fans throughout the house.

Tiro Moana was a great place. Loved the views.There were 11 of us, and lots of space. Loved the locally made soap in the bathrooms. Be aware there is no A/c and only one ceiling fan. The fans provided were very old and not too clean. We bought a couple at Kmart to get us through the few warm nights. During the day the sea breeze is lovely when everything is wide open. We would stay again.

A perfect beach holiday
We had a wonderful new year's vacation at this house. We (a multi generational family with puppies) found the house to be clean and comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space, and for everyone to have a quick shower after returning from the beach!
We'll definitely stay again!

Spacious property with nice views
The property was kept well in general, however, considering we paid an enormous amount of money per night, I would have expected a much more upgraded property. The downstairs bedroom / kitchenette area was very basic and the cupboards were very musty with cockroaches. The bathroom down there was very old and stale smelling and the shower was terrible. It could do with a proper renovation. The property was also very stuffy as there was no air conditioning and only stand alone fans which always got which were terribly awkward in the bedrooms. The neighbour on the side on the lounge room was super rude and always peering into the property which made us uncomfortable and we had to constantly keep our blinds shut. He also approached us to turn the outside light off because it shone into his bedroom. The backyard was also unusable, except for the dogs. There was no privacy and no area to relax or sit outside. The driveway was a nightmare to drive up and the pavers were a health hazard as they were uneven in many areas. The previous tenant's dirty laundry sat outside our front door for 3 days before we had to ring the property owners to remove it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would highly suggest the property undergo some major renovations to justify the excessively high nightly rate!
