We paid for a king room but were given a queen room which was very disappointing given we had paid extra for the king room. When we got into the room we noticed there were dresses and other garments in the wardrobe, so it had not been properly cleaned and serviced. The room was very dated and is also in need of renovation. The side table lamps were red which made it impossible to use as light lights for reading. We have stayed here before but we’re very disappointed in the accommodation this time and will not be returning.

We loved our stay there as everything was so clean, the bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was so quick and efficient for travellers, no need to queue and no wait time.
