The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the very heart of this coastal home, with floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to the spacious deck to take in the view and draw in the ocean breezes. Set up with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two loungerooms across the two floors, there is room for everyone and with large tiles throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, you will find the right balance between keeping cool and comfortable.

Arrive to beds made up with crisp linen and towels ready for you, just remember to pack your beach towels for a dip at the beach, and unwind indoors with air conditioning & Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

There is an enclosed back yard, double garage and off street parking and the home is fully self contained and has laundry facilities.

Spectacular view

We weren’t blessed with great weather for our week but the amazing view of One Mile and the comfortable house made that ok. Loved our time there.

Stunning view!

Fabulous views from this comfortable beach house which is in a great location close to two beautiful beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and having the second living space downstairs worked well for our family. Good communication with the property manager - an issue with the microwave was promptly resolved. Only suggestion for improvement would be a folder with information about the appliances etc.

The House was very equipped and adequate for our needs. Only disappointed with when arrived following people did not put bins out which the whole front area had bad rubbish smell & I had to put the bins down the front yard to stop the smell. Overall very happy with our stay in a fantastic position with a fantastic view.

Sublime One Mile beach house

Fabulous location. Views sensational. Kitchen has excellent appliances including blender for smoothies and a toastie maker. Lovely modern kitchen with Miele fittings. Only small gripe is no kitchen spray, only 1 garbage bag supplied and not even a single dishwasher tab. Thankfully I always bring up those things but do appreciate at least a few days of basic supplies. Would definitely stay here again
