A charming country house located on a sunny hillside above the town of Soller, S Olivar Major offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful countryside views. Gorgeous plants and a well-maintained garden surround the house. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a half-bath, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and a cot and highchair available on request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden, a pool, a playground, and a terrace with both open and covered areas, as well as a grill—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. From the terrace, you have a fantastic view of the scenic landscape surrounding Soller.
The nearest supermarket is located in the town of Soller, just a 5-minute (2.5 km) drive down the hill. A wide variety of restaurants can also be found in the town. Phantastische Terrasse in paradiesischer Lage
Wunderschönes Anwesen in Alleinlage nahe des Dorfes Fornalutx, Wanderweg durch die Orangenhaine direkt hinterm Haus. Fantastische Terrasse mit Außenküche und vielen Sitzplätzen und -plätzchen. Schöner Pool mit Bergblick, viele Bäume und Sträucher, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Es ist eine wahre Freude, einfach hier zu sitzen oder durch den Garten zu schlendern und den Blick schweifen lassen, jede Ecke ein Hingucker! Hervorragend ausgestattet. Erstaunlich, dass das relativ kleine Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 4 Betten eine so große "Terrassenlandschaft" hat - am Tisch könnten gut und gerne auch 8 Leite bequem Platz finden. Hinweis: Der abgebildete Pizzaofen ist wohl sehr groß und eher NICHT mehr dafür gedacht genutzt zu werden, aufwändig zu befeuern. Phantastisch ruhige Lage, abends nur Schafe und Eulen. Wir sind hier schweren Herzens wieder ausgezogen, wären gern länger geblieben, ECHTER Urlaub!
